Richa Turbo gloves

Liked the look of a pair of Richa Turbo gloves for the coming summer so decided to look around for some with a sale price. Saw some advertised on Infinity Motorcycle website so ordered them. They arrived quickly but upon opening the package they were not the same ones as in the picture on the website, although they were in a Turbo bag and had Turbo on the label of the glove I can only assume they were from a previous Turbo design and not exactly what I was looking for.
Very disappointed

Infinity Clapham High Steet

Infinity Clapham High Steet. A visit to this shop today to look for a jacket and trousers as I was in the area. On arriving three staff members standing at the entrance to the clothing side didnt move out of the way and not once was I asked if I needed any help. Lots of bad language in the conversation not sure of staff names but one of them I am surprised he was even able to stand up and walk by the sounds of it he may have been a manger! Really Infinity?. That may have been why he didnt move when we arrived! Its unfortunate and won't be going back. and would recommend not taking your kids in there. Far from interested the customer and more interested in each other. Infinity, maybe get some secret shoppers in to test how really bad your staff are!!
Appreciate your reply, delivery boxes? Not sure that has any regard to my post. If your staff are standing at the entrance to the clothing department one would expect at a minimum a Hello or welcome. I would suggest that if your staff are having a huddle, team meeting that this is carried out elsewhere or when the store is closed. It comes solely down to customer service and the customer experience. Not difficult just right training with the right people!

Good responsive supplier

Ordered a paddock stand which I needed before heading off on tour. The delivery time was promised for the following Friday, 5 days from the date of the order, but it didn’t arrive until the following Tuesday, the day before the trip. So a bit nervy.
When I asked where the order was I received a quick and polite reply telling me what I needed to know. The stand was well priced and exactly what I needed. Overall a good experience, I would just allow more time for the delivery.

Infinity Stevenage

I recently purchased a leather Dainese jacket from Infinity Stevenage, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Pete, who assisted me, was really professional and had great knowledge, superb help. Made sure I found exactly the right fit and style.
The quality of service and customer care was outstanding from start to finish.
Made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It felt as if they care about
their customers.
A big well done amd thank you to all the staff at Infinity, Highly recommended!

Ordered a Bikers Jacket

Ordered a Bikers Jacket, delivered very quickly but unfortunately too small. Easy return system free of charge. Re-ordered next size and perfect fit.

Popped into the Southampton store on…

Popped into the Southampton store on weekend for my first time and within minutes Dave was on hand to assist with my needs in picking some trousers and help sizing up a helmet , he defo made shopping a enjoyable experience.

Never again

Bought a helmet online - Infinity took payment. Waited 6 days, the estimated delivery date came and went - no communication about it. I emailed asking for an update. The next day I was told the helmet was never in stock and to pick a different one. Total waste of my time, plus I have to wait for a refund now - not a small amount of money tied up. Never again.

My husband and I called into Infinity

My husband and I called into Infinity, Boucher Road, Belfast as he needed new gear for a big trip coming up. Donna assisted us. She had excellent knowledge of the products, a great personality and was very helpful. He got everything he needed and a left the store smiling. We will be back 😁

Halvarsson Trousers

Had a problem with a version of these after only 18 months. was going to email Halvarssons direct but found i needed to go back to Infinity. Contacted them and several days later had a call from Chris at York to organise sorting me out. Went into branch and have to say thanks to Head Office first. James, Scott and a special mention to Chris at York for resolving.
These ( Vinvallen ) are a great fit, comfortable from the off and as i rode home in them warm too. Flexible plenty of adjustment and venting for warmer days with the added bonus of the latest flexible armour. Cheers.

A genuinely positive experience from start to finish.

I needed a few essentials to upgrade my gear so I could stay safe, dry, and warm.

After browsing online and deciding what I needed, I called the Holborn store and was pleased to find they had my size in stock. For some reason, I expected the store to be bigger, but the size certainly did not let down the selection available.

As soon as I arrived, I felt welcomed straight away, which unfortunately is not something I can say I’ve experienced in every motorcycle-related environment.

Both members of staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. They showed me several glove styles and different sizes until we found the pair that felt most functional for my needs. They also reassured me about boot sizing, provided helpful product information, and explained the aftercare clearly.

I also picked up an intercom, which they were happy to quickly fit into my helmet and help me set up.

At no point did I feel pushed into buying anything, which is rare these days. It was refreshing to deal with people who seemed more focused on making sure I was happy with my choice than on simply making a sale.

A genuinely positive experience from start to finish. Thank you to the team for making me feel welcome, listened to, and well looked after.

Great customer service

Great customer service. I had a slight problem with an order and after a call to Arun it was resolved immediately. I couldn’t have asked for any better solution. I use Infinity Motorcycles a lot and all of their team provide an excellent service and their prices are good.

If only it could be a minus score

If only it could be a minus score! Ordered some Klim trousers for next day delivery and showing in stock. Emailed me to say they had an issue and would be sent out next day. Then emailed to say no stock and they were not planning to get any more in so either choose something else or we give you your money back in 5 working days!!! Eventually got the money back straight away. Just checked the site and exactly the same item still showing in stock for next day delivery. A frustrating mistake but to still be trying to sell stock they don't have????

In this case, the trousers you ordered were out of stock in our warehouse. When we discovered this, we emailed you to let you know that, unfortunately, there would be a delay with your order as we tried to source the trousers from other locations in our company.

It then became apparent that we were completely out of stock throughout the company and were unable to order this from our supplier. We then emailed you and offered to either exchange the item or issue a refund; you opted for the refund, which we processed straight away for you.

Once a refund has been issued, the time taken for it to appear in your account is subject to your bank’s processing times. Most banks typically process refunds within three to five working days; however, in this instance, your bank was able to process the refund on the same day.

Regarding the trousers still showing in stock on our website, one of our stores received a backorder from around five months ago, which had been ordered for another customer, who was no longer interested in purchasing it. As a result of this, the item was put back into stock. Unfortunately, this occurred after you had been contacted and your refund had been processed, as you were told in your email communications with our customer service team.

We appreciate that from your perspective, this looked like we were trying to sell stock we didn't have, and we're sorry for any confusion this may have caused, but we can assure you that it is not the case.

Dissapointed

Dissapointed. Firstly, the store staff are lovely, thank you. But I made a purchase online for delivery to store (a jacket, so that I could check it for fit before commiting), it clearly said available online, it said it would be a 3 day delivery. A week later and having received no communication, I contacted the store, as a I mentioned, lovely staff, but was told that actually it wasnt in stock but it was coming from the manufacturer, they were apologetic and I appreciated that. Two further days passed, I tried to call the central line, they didnt want anything to do with the call and put me through to the store again even though it was an online purchase, who suggested it may be in that day (still waiting). Currently being at 8 days since order when It clearly said in stock and 3 day delivery and with no communication from them, I feel very let down. I had to borrow a jacket from a friend for my motorcycle training as even though I gave myself a full week for the order before I needed it, they didnt meet that reasonable expectation. If you say something is in stock, please have it in stock. If you say it will be 3 day delivery, please either meet that expectation or contact customers to let them know that there will be a delay. Your friendly store staff saved this from being a 1 star, this was not good service and my trust with infinity is now void.

Great online service throughout

Great online service throughout. I ordered a Shark Spartan RS Carbon helmet online at a discounted price on a Friday, a few hours later I realised that I needed a 2nd helmet cardo kit so ordered seperately online again from Infinity, both orders arrived next day (Saturday) unfortunately my Pinlock was missing so called the Infinity helpline 3.45pm on the Saturday and it was delivered without any dramas the next day. Sunday! Not bad as I wasn't expecting the helmet to even arrive until the Monday. Very happy customer.

Purchase made easy with knowledgeable staff.

I popped into Infinity motorcycles Gloucester just before Christmas. I can’t remember who I was dealing with at the time, but they showed me multiple textile waterproof jackets and trousers they were very informative. I decided I was going to pop back after Christmas to make the purchase. I dealt with Ollie and Rosie, which were both fantastic. I purchased the Richa Orion Gore-Tex jacket and trousers and upgraded the armour in the shoulders and elbows and added back protection. It fits and looks amazing I can’t wait to start using it. I will definitely be going back for any future purchases and would highly recommend.

Rude and incompetant.

Ordered a pin lock from this company. Three days in a row their courier did not turn up. When they eventually did the courier was rude and when I did not let them take a photo inside my house got back in their van saying, 'I don't have the package with me' when I could clearly see it in their hand. I rang Infinity who could not be less helpful; blaming everyone but themselves. Refused me a discount. Refused to apologise. Put the phone down on me twice. Its a pinlock not the crown jewels, just post it! Its become a massive time consuming epic that has got me highly annoyed. Will not shop with them again.

Once a package is with our courier, it can be delayed for a multitude of reasons which are out of our control.

It is our courier's policy for the driver to take a photo of the package being delivered. This policy is in place to protect both the driver and the customer from false claims regarding the delivery of a package.

Because you refused this photo, the driver was unable to deliver the package, as it would violate their policy.

Regarding your phone conversations with our sales team, you raised your voice and repeatedly used derogatory language towards our representatives. The sales member you were speaking to told you that if your behaviour continued, she would end the phone call. Despite this, you remained rude and derogatory; therefore, the phone call was terminated.

Under no circumstances do we at Infinity Motorcycles tolerate abusive behaviour towards our staff, whether that is in-store or towards our online team.

We always aim to create a respectful and professional experience for our customers, and we are happy to help resolve issues when communication remains courteous. I understand that your order has now been refunded, and we consider this matter resolved.

Try listening to the customer

Called for an online enquiry with intention of collecting from the Southampton store, I could not get a word in edgeways, I thought the customer service at J&S was awkward, my first time trying Infinity and have gathered that it must be a Bike Shop thing or lack of common sense and decency. Ordered item not recieved

Ordered item. Easy to order using online website. Dispatch time was great. The very big letdown is their delivery courier, DPD. Item never received. After 4 days, canceled order and got refund. Maybe if they had an option for another courier, I might order from them, but as long as they use DPD, I think not.
