They lied about having it in stock when I ordered!
When ordering the balls here they where in stock and I liked the expected delivery date. However, quickly after the confimation email, came an email that it was not in stock after all. First I accepted waiting a little longer, but they kept moving forward the delivery date, upto almost a month and half later. Which was unacceptable to me, so I canceled the order. Cancelling did go quick and well.
And also, they offered me a gift after my order, which turned out to be only discount vouchers, useless, that's no gift. No more medpets for me.

Continuous delays
Customer service was nice, but it’s the second time we’ve experienced with Medpets continuous delays in shipments, where items are marked as available online and given a delivery date, only to receive them at times, a couple weeks later. Difficult to manage with pets that require specialized foods.

Fast delivery and good service
I had a fantastic experience ordering from Medpets.com. I bought supplies for my degus, and I was honestly impressed by how quickly everything arrived. The package was delivered the next day. Everything was well packed and exactly as described. The whole process was smooth, from ordering to delivery. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the service and will definitely order from Medpets.com again. Highly recommended!

By far the worst experiences I've had…
By far the worst experiences I've had ordering online. I've ordered several times from them so far. Each time saying that I had bad luck with the delivery of the products, but I was wrong. I ordered dog food, an average of 85 Eur/order. In my case, the delivery took ... 2 - 3 weeks. They probably bring it from China by boat. I received many emails about the delivery, delays after delays. It is delivered in 3 days, after two days I received another email that it takes another 3 days and so on. I made the last order on Jan 27, and today I received another email that it is delivered on Feb 13. I hope to receive it by March/April. I hope that the food doesn't arrive already expired. I made a complaint to them last time about the late delivery. They replied that they were sorry and that understood me 🙂 This standard response, sent just to send a response to my complaint, didn't help me at all. Now I have the same problem. They probably answer the same way or use another standard template.
I hope others don't suffer the same thing. Considering my "unique" experiences with them, for me this was the last order.
