Still waiting on my items to arrive from 5/28.

The person I worked with was friendly helpful and professional. She knew the product line and answered my questions honestly displaying a knowledge of the product. Very good customer service! My product was shipped on time and I received it promptly.

The only complaint is the 25% restocking charge. That is way over priced.

Med Mart had what I needed to bring my husband home from a month in hospital and rehab. We are both living on Social Security and small savings so money is tight at times- I'm not complaining- we are more fortunate than so many other elderly people. Was told at the time of order that it would ship out next week. 3 weeks later was told it should ship within 2 more weeks. Don’t order if you have a timeline to complete project.

I would advise you to be extremely careful when doing business with Med Mart, Indeed, in order to avoid being financially raped, I would avoid doing business with Med Mart. After I had placed my order with Med Mart, I found their prices to be three or more times higher than the prices of other companies. Moreover, Med Mart sold me very expensive parts (thousands of dollars) that I did not want or need. Med Mart told me that they could not sell me what I wanted and needed without selling me the parts I did not need or want. When I finally got Med Mart to allow me to return the parts that I did not want or need, they raped me yet again. The charged me hundreds of dollars for restocking fees and crazy prices for the parts that I did need. In sum, I would run, not walk, away from Med Mart. It is my individual, personal, subjective opinion, belief, and interpretation that I was ripped off by this company.  Therefore, it is my individual, personal, subjective opinion, belief, and interpretation that the company is incompetent, dishonest, and/or unethical.  The foregoing review solely provides my individual, personal, subjective opinions, beliefs, and interpretations. When online to look for a cushion for my wheelchair, found the item I wanted right away ordered it. Your website was amazing. Had to reach out to customer service over an address. The issue the representative was so nice. There was no waite time at all. I ordered it on 17 June and received it on 18 June. Great service.
