Very easy to purchase. Just couldn’t find the width to make sure it fit perfectly in and out of doors

The customer service rep was really great - friendly, professional, had the information I needed.

Negative was the phone connection was really bad and made it difficult to hear and was more cognitively exhausting than it needed to be because of that. Since I made a call right after to someone else and the connection was fine I’m assuming the problem was on their side

7 days return policy, by the time he made it home it was not needed, and the rep say i know it's not the outcome you want to hear, but the policy is outside the window of 7 days. I will not recommend you waste your time on overpriced equipment and shop smarter with other medical suppliers as this one is not a customer friendly or minded place. Buyer Beware!!

As I have know found out they were willing to return the item, but they have a 30% restocking fee ($900), return shipping fee ($376.52), and after repacking another $200, after being charged $3300, I would lose 44% of my money on a product that was never used. I will continue to warn people about this "family owned scam".

Easy to call and agent was well-informed and we completed the purchase with little fan-fare.

Discussion before ordering insures you understand everything you are about to order. Very, very helpful, professional and questions were answered.

Stacy never was much help picking out the right chair to meet our needs. I also was never told about the absolutely ridiculous restocking fee over $1,000 to return it is pure bullshit. I was lied to over and over again about the restocking fee. They said that it was not medical Mart charging it but the company I called the company and they said they had nothing to do with the restocking it was med mart who charged it. It is med mart as proof in the email I got from the so called supervisor.
I tried to do a review and you block it from going out.
I will never have anything to do with you company and I will let everyone know of my horrible experience

First, I spoke to a real person. Darrell explained in detail the products. Helped in selecting the correct bed. Explained pricing and all options. Ordered the bed. Looking forward to receiving the bed.

Darrell Flunker, the senior product specialist was very good listener, responsive, guided properly, genuine, accommodating, and caring.

The people I talked to on the phone Kristan and Shaun were really knowlegable about the product and info about the product. They actually knew what I was talking about; unlike other companies where the people had no idea and did constant phone call transfers to different departments.
Med Mart gets my vote for their in-sourced customer service; which makes all the difference
