Rude vets at West Kensington and also the cashier at the Gloucester Road branch in South Kensington were rude and didn't want to help or do their job. Anyway, I am done with Medivet; never will I return to them.

They charged £2,400 for two days of hospital care. They cited an IV drip for my cat, various tests, and general monitoring. Eventually, after I called and asked to visit my pet, they phoned me back and asked me to take him home—claiming he wasn't eating and there was nothing more they could do for him! When I arrived to pick him up, he looked in a truly pitiful state—as if they had deliberately sent him home to die! He was covered in his own urine and in terrible condition. They take your money for nothing and fail to justify the cost! Thanks to interacting with artificial intelligence, my wife and I managed to get our beloved pet back on his feet; even the "veterinarians" didn't help us as much as AI did!

I appreciate everyone was nice to us today but I was disappointed to be charged £40 for a 500 ml can of Indorex Defence Spray, which I later found available from several retailers for around £17–20. I understand veterinary practices may charge more than online stores, but this difference felt excessive. I would have appreciated being informed of the price beforehand or offered the option to purchase it elsewhere. The staff were polite and very nice, but I felt the pricing was not transparent.

Appointments are generally easy to get at a time suitable, my dog needed rapid attention and he was booked in the following day. Everything was explained clearly and next steps and options discussed without being rushed. Felt he was being very well looked after.

All the vets at Bretton are really good and they have made what good be a tense experience a pleasurable one for us and our German Shepherd.

We were able to get our cat in at very short notice.
The reception staff were welcoming and explained their system.
When we saw the vet she was very friendly and clearly interested in getting a full history of his condition.
She was very reassuring and gave us treatment options .
Highly recommended, Binx is fine now.

They shouldn't even get one star. I rang for emergency appointment as dog was dying, they said no spaces available. I said my dogs dying they said I had to ring another vet. So I had to travel alway to chickerell from little moor instead of going to Dorchester road. It was an emergency but they didn't care. They didn't even ask how my dog was or what happened etc etc or any advice given, calls will be monitored so easy enough to get the phone call if what was said. Avoid this vet. Then speaking with other locals all negative reviews given. I wonder why?

Medivet Brodie is the most amazing vet ever. They are honest, caring and look after the animals exactly as I would want them to. They make me and my furry girl feel as comfortable and safe as possible. I think her waggly tail each time she goes in says it all! I had tried a different Medivet before, and I am so grateful someone recommended that I move to Brodie.

The vet was very thorough and explained everything very well.
