Vet was lovely and helpful and managed to see our cat last minute amd prescribe him some medication.

All staff at Medivet Southfields are lovely and friendly, and they are so patient and kind with our grouchy ginger Tom who is always biting, hissing and uncooperative!

Appointment was on time, staff were professional. Disappointed that a nail clip was too vigorous so my dog was hurt. She is already very nervous when at the vet, this did not help.

Dr Cat is always so welcoming and full of helpful information, sharing up to date research to help me make informed choices. Milo (our dog) loves her and receives great care. The whole team and friendly and welcoming.

We came in with Lexi for a health check and saw Lucy. She was very thorough and talked through all the options of possible treatments for her, providing detailed explanations along the way.

I would like to thank all the staff for all the care,kindness and compassion they have shown my cat and myself. Pedro and the young vet from Romania as well as both lady vets are great,so are all the staff at reception. Medivet at Bretton has cared for all my cats.

Showed oncern about our dog,seen promptly and when I said we needed to use the bus ,staff were flexible about our arrival time.

I can't speak highly enough about Medivet. My dog woke up in the morning and couldn't stand up. I called Medivet and they sent out 2 nurses to collect him, and take him to the vets for further tests.

It was established that he needed to be put to sleep, which is absolutely hard breaking, but they have made this journey so much more easier to deal with.

I will be recommending Medivet to anyone I speak to that require vetinary treatment.

Regular check up, with a VET from Teddington at Barnes. Very informative, inspired confidence. Managed to keep Lola calm during her check up.

I took Leo last night my Yorkie staff are so friendly they were very busy fully booked but they managed to fit him in. I saw lizzy the vet she was so lovely as well very professional and fully answered all my questions put me at ease. I will be asking for lizzy next time I attend thank you for the wonderful service.

Our kitten had a delicate operation at Medivet, Heswall. The vet surgeon, assistant, vet and receptionist were all incredibly professional. The kitten's sutures are almost invisible after only 10 days and she's back to her bouncy self. We are overjoyed that we placed our faith in such a professional and animal caring vet practice in Heswall. Thank you.

My poor dog had so many things bugging him that I knew it was going to be trial and error to find a solution.. Daniella did just that. She is a very caring Vet who actually listens and gives great advice
