Staff are very nice, very friendly welcoming. The vets are fantastic.

The vet was through, but took the time to put my dog at ease. The lady on reception kindly called a taxi when I was have a problem finding one.

I've used medivet for years and all the staff are kind, caring and knowledgeable. Dr Kenyon is very understanding and knowledgeable and trust him completely with my pets

Fantastic service from Gt Denham vets. I was seen almost straight away and I don’t usually use this vets, but was sent to Gt Denham from Marston Moretaine

My cat is signed up with Medivet in Battersea. He is sick so I phoned this morning (Saturday) at 10am opening time. I was kept on hold for 35 mins without getting through. So I cycled there in person only to find the clinic locked and noone there. No mention of it on the recorded phone message. Absolutely appalling non service. Will never go again and have signed up with a new vet.

We were really worried when our vets informed us that our family dog required cruciate ligament surgery and we were required to wait a few weeks, due to availability, for his treatment to be carried out. However, Stuart at Medivet got us in at short notice to ensure his treatment could be carried out quicker. They were wonderful with our dog who is very nervous of other dogs and people. They really put our mind at ease and made our dog comfortable. His surgery was quick and following the surgery everything was explained in detail. He was returned back to us better than we thought he would following a serious surgery. Thank you Stuart, Ben, Beth and the team at medivet, East Midlands.

On a payment plan for both of my dogs easy to pick up flea and worming tablets always text to be reminded when needed and helpful with my dog who doesn’t like being examined

Angela, the receptionist was outstanding as was Liz the vet. My wife and I went into the Leominster Medivet practice thinking that we might not be coming home with our beloved Beagle, Ruby. Angela was able to empathise with us and uplifted us with her humour. Even if she had months to write a script, both her words and actions on the day could not have been surpassed. Thank you Angela. Liz, who we had not met before, was equally amazing. As far as I am concerned, Ruby might have been hers in that she left no stone unturned in working out what was wrong with Ruby and what was the best course of treatment in getting Ruby fixed! 24 hours later, Ruby is back to her normal happy self. Thank you Liz. Whilst typing, a big thanks to Johnno for all he has done for Ruby and our very much missed Boris over that last 7 years. I whole heartedly can recommend Leominster Medivet practice without reservation. No practice can beat one that treats their patients as if they were theirs.

Today we sadly said goodbye to our 16year old cat. The vet and staff were so kind and caring towards us and the cat. A peaceful experience and so much respect.

The vets seem to care but Medivet as a company cares all about profits and little about pets. Prescription mediation cost 10x what you see online. Appointments are rushed. You will always spend 20+minutes waiting for a late appt then rushed out in 2mins and charged £50 for it.

As a charity medivet is one the worst corporates we have had to deal with along with poor standards of care to patients, we as a charity tell all our adopters to never use medivet,
We have had a dog come into our charity’s due to the sudden death of the owner, we were able to get hold of the vaccination records thanks to the kindness of a lovely neighbour as they were close to the owner and the dog, we then l then contacted the vets to obtain the veterinary notes for the dog so to help us as a charity to see what treatment the dog had had if neutured extra, and it has been refused, god help any poor animal that has a serious illness and we as a charity’s would have to spend a lot of money finding out what the issue is when the whole time this awful company already hold that information,
Medivet you should be totally ashamed of yourself, l will be taking this matter further,
Animal charity’s are under so much pressure to help so many animals yet you think it’s acceptable to make there jobs even harder, but to be honest l don’t expect much from a money grabbing corporate

Wonderful care from all the staff of both my dog and me. From the welcoming, empathic reception staff, the brilliant, understanding nurses to the knowledgeable, caring vets everything was first class.

Outstanding. Really wonderful care given to our dog Bluebell whilst having her teeth cleaned under a general anaesthetic. Kept us informed and aftercare letter was perfect. Answering any query’s along the way was great too. Highly recommend this vets.

Our two dogs have been very well looked after by this clinic. Vet Amber is just amazing, very knowledgeable and always willing to listen. Receptionist Helena is wonderful and efficient. Nurse Amy is patient, caring and helpful. All in all we are lucky to have this clinic nearby.
