Jackson Edwards is extremely patient and knowledgeable. He was able to provide us with information that assisted us in making the best choice in insurance for our needs. We felt no pressure whatsoever, and whenever we contacted him, he answered the phone immediately, and listened to our inquiries without hurrying us. Since speaking with Jackson, we have referred his information to several of our Medicare friends. We are extremely pleased and satisfied with his assistance and guidance.

Trying to find an agent who is transparent in the insurance industry is always a challenge. But fortunately I found Eric Rosenberg. Who not only was transparent but was honest! Yes both transparent and honest now that is a rare commodity to find in the insurance industry. So if you’re in the market give Eric a call I promise you’ll remember this review and be thankful you did. Now here is the kicker because he pointed out some issue that I have and could be an issue down the line I decided not to proceed at this time. He was willing to tell me the truth in spite of the fact that he would not obtain the business or his commission!

My agent Jackson Edwards is the best when it comes to professionalism, knowledge, listening to my needs, compassion, and at the same times was friendly, had a sense of humor, and when I asked him questions, he knew the answer immediately. Also, I never thought that I would find a rate this low for the expensive policy that I had. Talking to insurance agents have always been a very dry and mechanical conversation and certainly not a pleasure. I realize that these agents have never met me but in order to make this a pleasant task you need to be a people person and Jackson definitely is.
