This was a complete run around situation. Had to contact customer service 5 times. After a month of them holding my money they cancelled my order and refunded my money without my authorization.

I received some wrong items in my order. Contacted customer service 3 times with no meaningful action regarding an exchange. I will never order from them again.

The assistance from Medex Supply Distributors, Product Specialist, Nancy Kwiecinski was incredible. She should receive MVP on behalf of how she represents the public face of the company. She went way over what is normally expected of an employee dealing with locating a specific very hard to find item for a first time customer. Nancy if you read this thank so very much!

I promptly paid my two bills when they arrived by mail. (Checks) In my bank statements, both were cashed. They told me they weren’t paid and I needed to go to my bank and send them the proof. I did send it for both of them. They finally clear the $170.00 bill but not the $9.30 one. I called them last week after receiving another bill and the lady said it was paid. It took them 4 months to get that bill recorded as paid and I just got a bill from a debt collection. I had no choice in choosing this company. It’s who my doctors use and both were billed through them. Now I have to call the debt collection on Monday and make sure my name is cleared on the credit bureaus. Medea is a joke!!! Do not buy from them unless you want problems.

The experience with this fulfillment process has been exceedingly disappointing. Despite assurances from customer service, the promised overnight shipping extended to five days following numerous follow-up calls. This lack of reliability is particularly frustrating given the premium pricing of the items purchased. I would not recommend doing business with this company.

This is a great company with excellent products that I can rely upon.
Pricing is fair and shipping is fast.
I have bought from Medex over the past several years and I am always pleased with the product and customer service.

Easy ordering experience with rapid product delivery as promised

Quality product at a good price. Fast shipping.

Bought 12 pack and was only sent 1. Customer service said they will process, but never hear back from them.

VERY FRUSTRATING!! I waited for 10days to give me a tracking number for my order and still nothing!! Then it end up being cancelled!! Now i havent gotten my Refund back!! DONT ORDER HERE!!

The picture looks like it goes over the top of the walker but the closing mechanisms get in the way. I need to return it.

Never shipped my order. Never provided tracking nor an eta on tracking. Didn't refund when asked. Had to dispute the charge. Unreliable business.
