Ordered a Hard-Krome Sideburner for my 2015 interstate. Slight problem with UPS not picking up the order. After corresponding with JC... He got my pipes heading this way. Awesome customer service. Many thanks brother... Now that I didn't tell you... to see how it was handled... I have 7 bikes here.. You got a customer for life many thanks sir.

Thank you Mean Cycles for putting out such a great product which could almost be mistaken for stock. I ordered a new front bandit fender from another competitor which was nothing but a cheap piece of plastic which didn't even line up. I don't want to name names but the initials were something like b.i.k.k.e.r.c.o.m. Mean Cycles Front Bandit Fender was a quality solid fiberglass piece that fit perfectly. I highly recommend them for all your motorcycle needs and they didn't even have to pay me to say that :-)

After being burnt from another overseas company we were feeling rather nervous to order from somewhere outside of our country (New Zealand) - however, Meancycles were amazing - communication was on point and being able to track the parcel really helped settle our nerves. Very surprised at how quickly we received our parcel (and earlier than the estimated time by 4 days) - well done Meancycles - really impressed and will be coming back for more product should we need in the future.

I had a problem with a fender purchased from their web site. The problem was no fault of Meancycles, but of the vendor that dropped shipped to me. Meancycles went above and beyond and gave me a 100% refund, including oversize shipping fee and return shipping.

It's difficult to gauge a company when a transaction goes smoothly, and their true nature only comes out when there are issues. Meancycles has proven to me that they're a good company to deal with.

Was lucky enough to grab the new Low Rider St, love it but seriously needed more rumble. Called Meancycles and spoke with JC; problem solved. JC recommended the Two Brothers Racing 2into1 pipe and WOW, what a difference. Perfect pipe for the sound and look I wanted. Ordered and in my hands within a couple of days and the price was more than right. Big thank you to JC and Meancycles, you guys never let me down.

I wanted fork bullets for my valkyrie, seen them on other pictures on the internet. I ordered them from MeanCycle, they were not completely specified for my bike, the rep from MeanCycle called as soon as he seen my ordered in checked to make sure what I wanted and that they would fit. Very impressed with the customer support and quick response. The bullets came very quick and they fit the bike forks great.

**Update**company contacted me about my review and said they updated checkout procedures to reflect all costs before making a purchase and said they would credit my shipping back. Thank you for resolving this issues and staying honest to customers. Customers should never be charged addtional fees once a purchase is made.
In the end all customers have to rely on is,
review ratings from other customers to determine if they want to purchase from a company.

I just purchased a new 2021 M109R BOSS on Friday 1-28-2022 and while I was at the dealer, I decided it needed more sound. I found Mean Cycles on line advertising several items for the new bike. I bought a set of Velocity Pro short race pipes and they arrived Wed 2-2-2022. I put them on and what a difference in sound. I will be doing lots of future business with these guys. Good service, quick delivery and fairly priced items, thanks for everything guys.

I just wanted to thank JC at Mean Cycles for the great customer service and for keeping me up to date with my order. The order was received a day before the birthday party and even though the exhaust was the second option due to the first being out of stock at every distributor, after it was installed everyone loved the look and sound, especially ME! JC still honored the same price as the Cobra exhaust even though the Vance & Hines was slightly more expensive. Once again, thank you so much for coming through!

I got this exhaust with the quiet baffles, and it is awesome. Looks perfect on the bike, and has a fantastic note. Not only does it look/sound great, but I damaged one of the heat shields on my first ride because I'm a dummy and was in a rush and didn't tighten the hose clamps all the way, and Vance and Hines is replacing the heat shield for me. Fantastic customer service. I'm, also very happy with Mean Cycles. The pipes arrived at my house in 2 days with free shipping. I was shocked how fast they arrived, faster than amazon prime these days. Overall I am very happy with the product and both Mean Cycles and especially Vance & Hines!
