I was looking for a wide tire/rim setup on my bike. JC at mean cycle had amazing customer support.
The reason I wanted to order my wheel from a dealer vs direct was because JC knows the manufacturer and has better connections if something went wrong.
JC made sure the rim was ordered correctly, was really cool to deal with, the pricing was right on. I wouldn't do it any other way
His personality was really cool

After market can be a little difficult to find. But the site have a good filter on type of mc and any tech question was answered with quick responds and often with link to the part.

I live in Australia and it's hard to find aftermarket parts for my ride. Meancycles had no problems sending to Australia at all. Excellent service and excellent communication.

Awesome service. I originally ordered a set of Rineharts, but it turned out they were no longer available. Mean Cycles found me a comparable set, little more money. They were able to get them to me in 3 days. Very responsive to emails through the whole process.

Not a very good experience for a first time buyer. I had an unexpected email stating I owed more money than check out stated from the beginning..when my address was inputted shipping should’ve been added then if anything also web say free shipping over 98.00 on some items not all in the fine print so price is misleading at checkout
