Edit in reply to your response, there is no stock AT ALL in the items that i have requested! I bought everything from in store months ago, they have not been restocked at all, after several requests!
As I said previously, I will continue to use another supplier until you start listening to your customers! You haven't even asked what items, you just straight to the excuses. I stand by my review.
I am constantly asking the sales team to stock up on certain items at my local store, I'm always told no, that they will stock up when they see the demand for them. How will they see the demand for them when I'm having to order from another supplier instead? I'm currently ordering 50-60 items a week from another supplier, because your sales team does not listen, and does not work with the customers needs. Such a shame as your swansea store is very local to me, it would be so handy to pop in there and purchase, but if I have to order online, then I'll keep using the other supplier as they have a much wider range and I can restock everything with them

Always use them and the staff are great and there products are great and really good value

I order from MDP on a weekly basis and I can’t recommend them enough and my business couldn’t function without them. Been very few problem with deliveries but when there has been a problem customer service has been brilliant and helped resolve the issue quickly

The service at Hillington is outstanding when I collect from there, deliveries are another story, someone should have a word with the apathetic Chris and the rest of the staff in Liverpool, a great company being let down by staff at Liverpool

8 days after my parcel was handed over to the apalling GLS courier in Ireland. GLS is still holding my goods hostage in their depot. Why does MDP use such a dreadful courier?

I felt compelled to write a review, as today, Neil was exceptionally helpful. He went out of his way to service a small order that was time sensitive so we could complete the job the same day.
