Zero confidence in this company

Paid for and placed an order on 24 June for a Padel bat and have heard nothing since! Have phoned customer service half a dozen times during opening hours and no one bothers to answer the phone. Four sent emails have gone unanswered. Avoid at all costs MDG seem like SCAMMERS. I have asked for a full refund and have not had the courtesy of a reply. I recommend shopping elsewhere.

Great service and prices. Called to get advice for a new tennis racket and the chap helped me pick the right racket. Ordered it online that day and received it the next day.

Beware of this site. Never answers email and phone.

Last update: contacted after a week and refunded.

They never answer the phone, or it’s engaged all day, no reply on emails, seems to be a fake company or they have closed down. Should not be advertising.

Ordered a tennis racket at 2:01pm on Thursday with a string upgrade. I wasn't expecting to receive it until at least Tuesday at the earliest however I got it the very next day, Friday, with the string upgrade that I selected. Thanks for the great service.

Bought a badminton racket from MDG sports and opted in for a string upgrade. Paid the amount billed and after order confirmation, emailed the vendor on how to avail of the string upgrade included in my order. Vendor replies that it is an extra £15 for the upgrade despite it being included on my order. Sent vendor screenshot of order with string upgrade and received no reply. Sent follow up emails and still had no reply. Asked for a refund if they can not honour the sale, and again, no reply. Tried their phone number listed on the website for several days, and had no luck on getting anyone on the other end of the line. This went on for about 2 weeks. Fortunately, I paid through PayPal and not with a debit card direct to their website. Paypal has since refunded my payment. Otherwise, vendor would have my money and never delivered item and there was no way to contact them. Worse, they would have my debit card details and who knows what other problems I will have with it. They claim to have a physical shop in Poole on their website, but after this experience, I doubt it is true or even open. I was lured to them by a 5% voucher on first time order. I will also find time to report them to trading standards and other relevant authorities as MDGsports should not be in business.

I had placed my order on 23 May 2024 10am and did not receive a confirmation from them.
When I tried to email them after a couple of days, they said because they have mistakenly imposed unavailable size that I purchased, I did refused their alternative of another type of shirt as I don't fancy the color and asked them if I should get the refund or if I wait for the availability how long would it takes.

It has been 8 days now and I am not getting any response. THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING MY EMAILS AND CALLS EVEN I TRIED SEVERAL TIMES.

Unbelievable. I paid the products so please if you could not provide what I have ordered kindly be decent and professional and send me my refund instead.

Bought a Wilson Pro Staff and MDG could not have been any better. Kept me updated and delivered the next day, Mike was fantastic and I will definitely be ordering from here moving forwards.

AWFUL. Just like other people say - order one day and promise next day delivery. Doesn't arrive. Call up "It'll be there today". Doesn't arrive. Call again "DHL delayed, but you'll have it 3.30pm today based on DHL tracking". Doesn't arrive. Total liars.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!

UPDATE:
Now another 2 days on - Wednesday - for the last 3 days no one picks up the phone, no one replies to emails. No delivery of racket. Will be making a claim via the bank as this shop appears to be a scam. Advise if you want to risk it to pay via credit card so you can stop the transaction. AVOID!

We ordered a Head racquet as a Christmas gift. Following much research , we found the price to be very competitive. Our order was given an automatic upgrade for Next day delivery which was very welcome, especially so at this busy time of year. The response to a minor query was also handled in an impressively prompt and generous manner. I would 100% recommend this supplier and will definitely be using it again in the future.

Great service again with the purchase of my second Head Gravity Pro from MDG. Personal touch. Great price and, again, very quick delivery. Highly recommended.

After I have placed my order on Tuesday evening, I have received it with the next day delivery, despite I haven't asked for that. This was my first impression how quick this company dealt with my order of the new racket and upgraded strining. I have called them to thank you that they will ship my order quite quick and I have sad some nice words about the reviews that I read on trustpilot about them and how I am impressed with the overal quality and the customer services they have provided. In return, absolutely unexpectedly I have received the following HANDWRITTEN message on the envelope in my item's box:

Can you image they even draw me a flying ball in action. I cannot believe that. Outstanding customer service. Really really apreciate your efforts. This is how you should do the business. Take my bow! Clap clap clap.

Ordered a big supply of tennis balls, a brand that I’d struggled to find a supplier for relatively recently. So happy to find them here. Also at the best price I could find and the delivery was super fast. Feels like a very professional sports supply outlet.

Excellent customer experience and highly recommend. The team at MDG were very efficient, particularly James who was very quick to answer all my queries and very quick in processing my order, even adding free next day delivery. Again, could not recommend more. 👍
