LIKE THE FEATURES I INSTALLED, GETTING THE MBITO GADGET WAS COMPLICATED, A LOT OF ISSUES AND ALSO HAD TO MAKE ADDITIONAL PAYMENTS OF TAXES EVEN THOUGH I CHOSE THE MOST EXPENSIVE CARRIER.

Totally useless. I have a new GLC - 1 month old.
MBito works only in the demo mode.
On the real connection nothing is available...

FALSE! They don’t have the “hidden features” they claim to have on the website! Utter waste of money!
Says my car would unlock Apple CarPlay, well it doesn’t! Stupid product!

I purchased the MBito product to run diagnostics on my
2013 W204 C63, as their website claims it scans all Mercedes models from the mid-2000s to current. Upon receiving the device, I scanned my vehicle, which had two obvious faults already displayed on the dash-one for coolant and another for brake pad wear. These should be simple codes to detect, but the device failed to pick up either fault.
I reached out to their so-called support team, who repeatedly asked if I had checked the ESP and ENGINE modules, despite me clearly stating I had, even providing screenshots. They continued to ask the same irrelevant questions, talking in circles, with no real help offered.
Despite multiple screenshots and explanations from my side, they couldn't resolve the issue.
MBito is falsely advertising their product's capabilities.
When I requested a refund, they told me to ship it back at my own expense as they don't provide return labels.
Avoid this company-they clearly don't care about their customers and seem to have no clue what they're doing

Mbito – The Best Tool for Mercedes Coding ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

As a huge automotive enthusiast and a passionate Mercedes fan, I always believed that Mercedes was one of the most locked-down brands when it comes to modifications and customizations. Unlike other brands like VW and BMW, where I could easily tweak and adjust many features, Mercedes always seemed like an impossible challenge.

Mbito is by far the most complete solution that provides access to all essential and most attractive coding options – and all that for a price that is an absolute bargain compared to what you get. I say this as someone with years of experience in ECU coding and various diagnostic tools. Without a doubt, Mbito is the best tool for Mercedes, period.

Another huge advantage is the community support. Lukas, with whom I’ve communicated countless times, has always been up to the task. He clarified every doubt, helped me fix mistakes I made myself, and left an outstanding impression overall.

I’m truly grateful to the Mbito team and everyone working on this project for giving Mercedes owners something this special. If I could, I’d give it ten stars. I’m not exaggerating!

So I ordered this device hoping to do a few adjustments to my slightly older Mercedes GLE. I received the device after a few days after paying a substantial amount for it along with Customs Duties. When I plugged it in it needed extra credits to be purchased when making pretty much any change. This was coming up to more than the cost of the device itself. If this was clearly indicated at time of purchase I wouldn't have minded. However, for this to be done afterwards was a little underhanded, I feel. I tried messaging to customer support and I got no response. Save your money. These guys are con artists.

The company is not reacting on emails. My mbibo has been send 2 weeks ago and still not delivered! DPD says that only Mbito can make a request to search the package but they don’t react on my 2 mail i send them. So the communication is very bad! Maybe if they react later i can modify this review but for now im very disappointed!!! And if they can’t deliver my order they have to give me back my money!!!!! Order number 16322

Its a nice and stable tool to modify your mercedes. Works without problems. The Mbito team answere any question. Eas to handle for every.

Great support.

My car, a 2003 SL 500 apparently was not compatible with Mbito. The guys told me before I made the purchase and thus saving me time and money.

These guys are so awesome and have lots of patience! Very responsive and know what they are doing!

I recently purchased an MBito OBII dongle to customise some of the available options and enable CarPlay on my 2016 e350. The dongle was fairly priced and enabled me to customise options at a reasonable cost (for credits). The head unit on my car required a firmware upgrade to enable CarPlay which was carried out remotely via internet & laptop which did not work at the first attempt (possibly due to my antiquated laptop). At the second attempt using a borrowed laptop all went smoothly and the reflash took well under an hour. Communication was excellent throughout and I can highly recommend this company & their dedicated employees.

The information that credits and thus additional costs arise for the individual activations should be stated better and more clearly.I would like to be able to call up individual systems without always reading out all systems.Once I have read all the systems, I have to open each individual system to see whether there is an error or not.
Otherwise the device works perfectly.

Amazing device and great service!

I bought the Mbito device to unlock carplay and some other features. At first it didn't seem to unlock carplay, but with some help of the support i was able to unlock apple carplay on my cla x117!

Everything is an extra charge apart from reading and clearing fault codes which any obd scanner can do

I just took delivery of the MBito diagnostics tool and I must say, it’s so clever and easy to use!!! I’m very happy with it and love how simple it is to configure my E Class just how I like it. I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!! Since my car was imported to my home country (New Zealand) from Japan, I’ve had a hard time understanding KM/L so having the ability to change it to L/100KM has been a game changer. Also, being able to show how many litres are in the tank is also great! Thanks again so much and I look forward to using it on my other cars!!
