Shopping on time and product Is Simply lovely

The worst OBD tool i have ever used in my life, app is not friendly use at all and too much bugs, whatever need to be unlocked using credits is so expensive. I don’t recommend it all.

This is the best OBD reader for Mercedes I have used to unlock all secret menus .

Excellent value for money!
Very easy to navigate.

I used it to activate CarPlay in my Mercedes W213 — the whole process took less than 5 minutes!

Just a heads-up: after purchasing the OBD2 adapter, you’ll need to buy in-app credits. But it’s nothing over the top — I only needed 40 credits (around £30) to unlock CarPlay.

Amazing customer service! I initially bought the MBito scanner because I wanted to activate the Android Auto feature. Well my CLS didn't have the most updated version which wouldn't allow me to activate it. The good people at MBito had me purchase at $10 obd2 to Ethernet port and with any desk they took over my laptop and flashed my head unit to update to the latest version! Problem solved! I now have Android Auto, New start up AMG screen, disabled the auto Start/Stop feature, fuel gallons left, and New Horsepower gauge on head unit. Thank you Mbito! This company is amazing and customer service is top tier! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Merc software wasn't up to date, thus andriod auto couldn't work. The team assisted wonderfully to remotely update my software, the rest is history. very happy customer. thank you.

Lukas tried to help me since I sent him an email. I'm sorry to say that my €66 order was caught by Türkiye's €30 rule including shipping and my product was confiscated by customs. Initially had issues upgrading my stereo to Android Auto. Reached out to customer support and was told to try several time which did the trick for me!

The app is extremely limited with very few coding options and even less explanations for errors and faults.
Any sort of programming requires buying more credits - and that’s after paying for a very expensive dongle.
In short an overpriced dongle which acts as a view only (demo) even though you have it - you still need to pay more and more for every coding change you want.
I absolutely do not recommend the app nor the dongle.

You are pathetic and stingy miserable.
I wonder, how is it posible people like you to own a Mercedes?
I'm sure you have a Mercedes but you use Chinese break pads.
The most you can buy and drive is a 20 - 30 years old Huyndai, KIA or an electric scouter.
You buy this OBD shit for 70-80 usd and you expect to transform your vehicle for free. You better ask your MB dealership to modify your cars to realise the real prices.

Rubbish, you will need to buy extra credits to unlock the features that your really needed, SCAM SCAM SCAM

Do not buy it.
I connected this device to my car to check errors and i saw only error code without any description.
When i press clear error - nothing happening, so it's not working!

If you want activation any feature you must pay additional 10-50$

If cleaning error doesn't work and i have no description how i can be sure about premium features? What happened if i buy activation and it doesn't work? I just lose my money.

Bought this for my 2019 Mercedes X Class the told me it would work on my vehicle, it doesn’t do anything for my truck , to change the logo on the touch screen the want me to pay more money
And I can’t even do anything with it
Complete rip off and a waste of money

Great support from mBito. Bought the device from them to activate Android Auto/Apple Carplay but realized that only Carplay was working. Wrote to them and they suggested a firmware update for my radio to get Android Auto, asked me to get hold of required cable to do remote firmware update. First time, got time from their Engineering team, they tried remote update but all in vain. The effort didn't succeed and they had to revert back to my stock firmware. The gentleman promised to arrange another try once they procure the right firmware, lo and behold this time they came prepared. It took about an hour to download files on my system, and do the remote firmware update, with Android Auto fully working. Can't rate their efforts and communication anything less than 5*.

I was nervous about buying this device from an unknown company, well, unknown to me. They turned out to be wonderful and the product worked exactly as described. I would have paid a lot more to be able to make my stop start feature on my Mercedes remember the last setting. I'm very grateful to this company!

At first I was really sceptical. The Mercedes-Benz dealership told me it was not possible to have Apple carplay on my 2020 E300DE Mercedes - Business edition. And aftermarket solutions of over +1000 € was the only way to get it working. Then I saw the adds about Mbito and bought the dongle. After buying some credits (40 €) and pressing unlocking, the software reprogrammed my car within minutes. It unlocked Apple carplay straight away and it works! So happy with this product!

This was never delivered and they will not respond to my correspondence. The tracking number came from Lithuanian Post and is useless. They just stole my money, never delivered and do not respond to me.
DO NOT TRUST THEM THEY ARE THEIVES. DO NOT BUY.
