I got a response from them saying that the two phones I sent in had deep scratches on them and they deducted 100 each. The phones had screen protectors on them and that is what had the scratch on them not the screen. No way to communicate that back to them and it was not worth the hassle to get them back. Felt like a bait and switch.

I used your company many years ago and loved it. Now i don't i think the phone was damaged enroute or when it arrived. I got alot less than quoted. I know that the phone was in avg condition not poor condition. Very disappointed

Overall a good experience with Maxback. They had to recheck my device to clear it from my service network because I was told to call them for some issues. Got my money within a month which I believe a little late but that was fine. Otherwise, recommendable!

This was my first transaction with Maxback. I was quoted $103 for an iPhone 7 without a mark on it. I was wondering how they might try and give a lower quote once my phone was received. Lo and behold I get an email saying my screen is severely scratched and my new offer is $67. Not only was in not severely scratched but there wasn’t a mark on it. I won’t be using them again.

Had mixed experience with Maxback. First transaction went really smoothly. Got what they quoted and it was quick. Second interaction not as good. They indicated the phone was unlocked and not Verizon and that condition was much worse than I estimated. OK, unlocked should be slightly better than locked and perhaps I wasn't good at determining whether scratches were worse than normal wear and tear. But the amount they offered was significantly below what they were offering online if I had assessed the condition at the lower category they were saying it fell in. BUT they were really efficient in sending it back when I declined their offer which I appreciated! BTW- ended up sending the phone elsewhere and got a lot more for it.

Got my money as quoted. Fast and easy, but one suggestion to expedite the process if Maxback provides a return box to make it even easier to send the item. Overall, good experience and I will recommend to my friends as Maxback offers a better value than the others.
