Great price better than i thought instructions easy to follow delivery very fast ,delivery service very good phoned to let me know when they were close ,put boxes straight inside hallway

Perfect in every way

I ordered a new mattress, there was a lot of choice at various different price ranges. Delivery was easy to arrange and it came when planned. The delivery guys, Brandon and Callum were very helpful amd friendly and took the very heavy old mattress from the bedroom and put the new one in. Great service . 2nd time I have used rhis company and would use again.

Tried Hypnos mattress in store. Bought it delivered it all straightforward although felt buying the mattress cover so I could take advantage of their 60 day trial seemed bittersweet. Still Hypnos & Mattressman gets 5 stars.

Neil was absolutely brilliant - polite, courteous and very helpful - the whole experience with the Mattressman has been fantastic from ordering in the shop to delivery will definitely be shopping with them again

Great website which made finding the perfect mattress and good to read all the reviews so I could make the right choice. Good communication throughout and quick delivery with easy to follow instructions including a handy tool to carefully remove the plastic wrapping without damaging the mattress. My son loves it!

Only complaint is that they refused my Topcashback due to a technical error...frustrating when making a big purchase and taking cashback into consideration when deciding where to buy. Should have done it as good will gesture. Won't buy again out of principle.

Right from the help we had in North Walsham showroom, through to delivery, unpacking and taking away our old mattress,the guys couldn't have been better. Karl and Andy were kind, quick and efficient. Would definitely recommend and use this company again. Did everything they said they would do and more. Thank you, Sue and Mick.

We ordered a mattress and were told it was being delivered this morning in time for the arrival of our holiday let guests on Saturday.
Took time off to receive it, only to be informed AFTER the delivery time that it wasn't in stock.

The gentleman at the Dereham branch has done his best to provide a solution, unlike customer service who contacted me this morning who offered absolutely no resolution beyond a shrug.

BTW We also signed up to the newsletter to obtain the promised £25 discount code. We received nothing.

Not impressed

Great service all round, from order through to delivery everything was seamless.

Ordered the mattress and it was delivered next day, so great delivery.
Price was very competitive and I’m delighted with the mattress I bought. It’s firmer than my previous one but I’d bought a mattress topper for it to give it a more comfortable feel but also wanted a mattress than helped my back pain.
Not an expensive mattress by any means but it’s a Silentnight brand so should still be good quality. I’ve tried memory foam ones but I tended to find they sloped as I always used the same side and in my older years getting out of bed was more difficult as they sink in when you push yourself up.
So no complaints whatsoever. Easy to order web page, good price, tracking number, good product, and to deliver it from Norwich to near Edinburgh and receive it the next morning in the time frame given was great. Driver delivered it to my front door and left it in my hallway. Very polite and helpful.
I could have taken up their offer to send it back after a year but you needed to purchase a mattress cover. I already have a couple and had preordered a mattress topper to ensure it would be comfortable but still keep the firmness I wanted as I suffer from back pain and a softer mattress makes it worse.
I was happy with the price and it was the least expensive of all the other companies I checked and free delivery.
So a well deserved 5*.

No choice in delivery date through Argos so a bit of a faff but got there in the end!
Mattress is brilliant

The mattrass was delivered within 2 days of ordering. There was plenty of choice as to type.
The mattrass is very thick and was described as medium to firm. I find it more on the medium side. There is no rolling when turning over .
