Ordered Zinc & Copper Organic to be delivered to Australia (shipping costs alone were $96 aus) and didn't receive anything after allowing a month to go by. Got back onto their site to look at the order status and it stated that there was an attempted delivery but failed message and to contact Matrix Nutrition to arrange another time. Did that via their contact email just to be told there was nothing they can do. I also requested a tracking number as there was nothing on the order but was told they didn't have those details. Complete scam or very dodgy business KEEP AWAY.

I have ordered the Kong multivitamins. But found out they are useless when ordered because of the micro dosing.

Overall, this multivitamin provides extremely low levels of many essential vitamins and minerals, making it less effective for maintaining proper nutrition. If someone is looking for a supplement to fill dietary gaps or address deficiencies, this product is unlikely to meet those needs adequately. It's better to look for a multivitamin with appropriate dosages closer to recommended daily values and in bioavailable forms.

That's why I have emailed matrix to return them on 28th of September and never heard back from them. On the website it says I have got to contact before sending returns. I bought 4 packs, wanted to exchange for something or get discount on protein as I was buying protein from them for a few years. Before they only told me that I just need to take bugger doses but on bottle it says it is only recommended to take the daily dose. Hopefully someone will get back to me.

I don’t know why there’s so many poor reviews regarding Matrix nutrition I’ve been using it for a good 3 years now and have no issues. The service and product for me is impeccable. The Anobolic gold is top notch stuff for me and my training Schedule. I’ll be using these guys until I can’t train any further in life. It’s literally in my doorstep the next days from ordering. Can’t fault them at all !

The one i just ordered it tastes different. Seems totally different as texuture and everything.

Quality of the Anabolic Gold is appalling. I bought it before and it looks like completely different product now. It is very chalky and tastes horrible. Definitely will never buy from them.

I just opened my tub of protein from my last order from matrix nutrition. The product is 'Anabolic Gold Protein Powder'. I've bought this many times in the past, and it's always been decent. Good taste. Mixes pretty well etc. But this tub is inedible. The product doesn't mix at all, tastes awful, and forms huge blobs with the consistency of putty or chewing gum. It's clearly a completely different product, and god knows what it’s made from. If it was comparable to the previous orders is quality I wouldn't care if it was a bit different, but this is totally inferior, and is honestly the 2nd worst protein power I have ever received in the last 20 years. I think they might be outsourcing protein manufacture to whoever is cheapest at the time. Hence the forever changing recipe. Politely messaged customer service about it but after the first correspondence they have ceased communication. Seriously, don’t play lottery and throw your money away on this. Purchase your protein from somewhere else, where you can trust what you’re actually getting.

Order left out in public by courier all day until it was most likely stolen. Multiple emails sent to customer service and they ignored every single one of them. Not a single reply or acknowledgement and no refund.

Ordered wrong items and had no response at all. Not dispatched and not cancelled. I used this company alot years ago and its gone completely downhill! Please refund my order ffs!

The product itself is great but the customer service is terrible. My item arrived damaged and 4 days later I've still to get a resolution. Very poor!

Matrix Nutrition used to be such a competitor company, with huge appeal. Student discounts, promo events, regular social media updates, competitions, decent customer service.. with great protein at the best price.

But it's like someone took over 3yrs ago and said, how can we make things worse in every single area of operations and product? Then worked relentlessly to do it.

The customer service, delivery, quality of ingredients, mixing and taste of protein powder... it's all gone downhill. Shame. Used to be such a loyal customer. They used to do loyalty points for every order, then you could claim discounts! Got rid of that too

Placed an order, which when apparently delivered, just dumped! Disapeared..I Was basically accused of lying!, had been a customer for years...very rude customer service ...

I've been buying from Matrix for about 6 years and have always ordered their Muscle complex protein powder which is reasonably good value until (once again) they ran out of stock and I had to order the vastly more expensive Whey matrix protein powder.

I ordered two tubs thinking that paying an extra £15/£20 on top of what I normally pay per tub would guarantee good quality but it's fair to say it was very displeased with it, taste and quality-wise.

I read the side of the label on the tub and it mentions free gifts, an "epic loyalty scheme", "massive offers", etc. None of this exists anymore sadly.

Thankfully, Matrix replaced the two whey matrix tubs and sent me the stuff I normally order, once it was back in stock. I'll definitely keep using them in the future provided the price and quality stays the same.

If I have two suggestions, it would be to bring back the flavour of muscle complex that are no longer offered (caramel, etc), and to bring back the loyalty schemes!

Arrived damaged, sent it back and still waiting for refund as been deployed and not back to next year. 5 emails later no response. Now doing online claim

AVOID!!! Don't waste your money! I purchased whey protein, tastes awful and does not mix well, purchased vitamin & amino tables which had 120 tablets in each and the expiry date was in 12 days time, also one tub did NOT have a seal on, I emailed few times to get my money back and there was no reply from the company, will NEVER use this company again.

Used to buy this protein all the time. What’s happened to the recipe? It’s not as good as it was before. It used to be so creamy and delicious and now it just tastes artificial. Even the plastic scoop is cheaper. Won’t be buying again. They are obviously using inferior and cheaper products.

I was sent a different and cheaper product than what i ordered, when i contacted them they said I’d ordered what they sent so I sent them my order confirmation with a picture and price of what I’d ordered and heard nothing since, joke of a company

Ask them for refund because they didn't post the item and they didn't reply.got refund from eBay after 10 days.according to eBay the couldn't provide valid tracking details so they are thives.

I'd give this company 0 stars if possible. I sent a message, yesterday with a picture about a damaged delivery that I received. 24 hours later and no reply, poor customer service and I'll simply take my business elsewhere. Just had a reply and I can take a 30% refund or send it back at my own expense. A joke of a company.

Had left a 5 star review on matrix nutrition website but can't ammend it. After opening a tub of whey protein realised they must of changed the ingredients. Not what it was 6 months ago,probably won't be using them again,taste has gone seriously down hill
