Worst help I have got over the phone paided for next day delivery, didn’t come in time had to ring them which costs extra money cause that have audacity to charge you whilst speaking to them, and then waited another additional 3 days still not received ma package then ring again n they are saying It’s not gonna come in time or they are unsure about when it’s coming thought this company would be a good one worst one I’ve been to or purchased off still waiting on package had to take 2/3 days off work loosing money because of this generally most unreliable company going!!!😡

Scam. Ordered a product, it arrived without a seal (no outside, no inside). Contacted to return, they refused saying that as it was open they can not accept it. The whole point why I want to return it is because it looks like it had been opened! Avoid.

I have ordered 2 products one Whey Protein Isolate and Casein Protein Powder. No problems with the Isolate but I've noticed the Casein leaving bits. After being relatively new to these kinds of products I didnt know what was good or bad. It was only after reading these reviews I have noticed the quality must be lacking as I too have had bloating/stomach cramps. I have recently ordered the Whey Protein Isolate but after this batch is gone I will be switching and I suggest you do the same as anyone who knows anything about Matrix products will label them "bottom of the barrell".

well where to start ... i have placed orders with matrix 5 days ago now for next day delivery they have taken the money out of my bank and I am still waiting on products... i have rang the company 3 times in the past 4 working days to find out what is going on and all I am getting in reply is that it was sent out today, 4 times this has happened i have asked them to put the money back into my account due to the products not even left the warehouse yet when I have been told and told that it has been sent out .... nothing but scammbers just want your money !!!!

Terrible, Bunch of scammers.
I place an order on 8th Sept. I found that they use HERMES (the worst currier in the world). Hermes, don't make deliveries on my address, so I asked to changed the delivery address with 1 email to customer service, they didn't read the email, and they re-sent again to the original address.
After a lot of email changes , the sent on a 3rd time for the new address which is my home address. for my surprise, not even half of what I have order was there. From a bundle that I ordered , 5Kg protein, a shaker, 2 bars , creatine, bcca, vitamins, and wrist wraps, I just got 2 bottles, of tribulus and BCCA's in a small envelope.

Customer service it is terrible, for a new customer, they just want your money. Don't be impressive by their amazing offers and amazing bundles, they just want your money. Now I am on the point where I don't have the money, neither the stock.

I have always use matrix but I learnt my lesson the hard way in the end. I use to purchase products via Amazon etc but decided to go direct. I followed their delivery process, which stated next day. On not receiving any dispatch notice the following day, thought I'd best to email. Again, I waited and received no response. So, two days after I placed my order I decided to call. I was told over the phone that my order hadn't even left their warehouse. I asked to cancel my order. I was told they hadn't taken my money. I then had to explain that I'm looking at my PayPal account and I can see you have already taken the money from my account. They then told me I would receive a refund, following a wait of three days I took matters into my own hands and started up a complaint with PayPal, which again I was forced to wait an additional 3 days before finally I got my refund. I will never purchase anything from this company again, nor will I purchase any matrix products in the future. It's a shame, as I always enjoyed their products but there communication and attitude over the phone with the added lack of notifications via email has just blown it for me.

I ordered a 5kg diet whey protein from Matrix nutrition but was sent the wrong item by them (a tub of L-Carnitine tablets).

Their customer service response was that they wouldn’t send out my original order until I had returned the item they had mistakenly sent me as this would create a debt on my account and they ‘...didn’t like to do that’. If they don’t know what they sent me then how can they create a ‘debt’ on an account?

I have been a loyal customer with Matrix Nutrition for a number of years with generally good service from them. That was why I kept going back. This however has seriously got me looking for an alternative supplier for the future.

I've been using anabolic gold protein for a while now and have noticed slower gains if not any. Claims a very high protein percentage per scoop but I assume it's the cheap stuff as it doesn't mix well with water or milk, it tends not to sit right in my stomach and it leaves me bloated and nauseous for a few hours. Although my experience with delivery was very good the quality of the protein it self is something to be concerned about. Genuine tried & tested!! Peace

Lied to by staff when chasing up my delivery that never appeared. Don’t want to know once they have your money. Avoid like the plague!

been using matrix for around 5 years since this was the only protein powder I ever used, the anabolic gold and diet weigh were the only ones used and looking back I'm thinking what a load of waste of money , bottom line powder doesn't mix well and tastes disgusting and I haven't gained no gains and no nothing extra energy or power whilst weight lifting or cardio

The online ordering failed to recognise the free gift for spending over £100, when I emailed to advise they replied with a ridiculous response of retry on my next £100 order and then ignored further emails. Sorry, this was my first order and there won't be a next order never mind a £100 order.

The delivery was adequately fast however the protein I ordered made me feel bloated and after taking it for about a month eventually made me throw up, never had this problem with any other protein definitely won't buy again.

Ordered a bundle on bank holiday Friday, received bank holiday Monday (during the pandemic!).. incredibly fast delivery regardless of current situation. Will be ordering again very soon.

Ordered from matrix on the 17th of April , and after 2 weeks had to email them to ask where my parcel was to which they told me it had been damaged in transit ( not sure why I had to chase them) and that another would be sent out straight away. Again the “re-sent” parcel is nowhere to be seen ( 15/5) almost a month later. Only emails I get back from them is to say how they are very sorry and they will look into it with no other information or help.

Been 10 days since I made my order. They lost my order to start with and couldn’t find it. They’re taking 48 hours to respond to my emails. Messaging their social media’s didn’t help as they send you away. Customer service was dreadful. Who knows when my order will actually arrive. They found my order 3 days ago and told me it would be 2-3 days from then. 3rd day now and it still hasn’t arrived and haven’t heard of them for over 24 hours. Only gave two as the products are good. Been a using them for 3 years now and this has happened before so I won’t be using them again.

Products seems ok, but service is very poor, don't expect from them to help you, not professional and not on a point to respond to my question. My items were late and policy says 2-3 days delivery time, extended UP to 7 days because of pandemic, you'll receive it much later probably, for what they don't care. In my last email, they haven't responded at all. ABSOLUTELY ONE STAR FOR THE SERVICE AND HELP OVERALL what overshadows good items.

Had a bundle pack came within a week and the shakes taste great not the best quality though.
Doesn’t seem very thick compared to some more expensive ones and they got lower protein content compared to matrix. So don’t know if it has as much protein in as they claim.
Well worth the money though would buy again.

This is a really great company with excellent products and excellent service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Quick delivery’s and fantastic communication regarding orders, have used it a few times and fully intend on keep using it.. there protein powders are out this world in taste and quality.. very highly recommended and intend on doing so to all my friends.. great deals all the time.. a must try for all the people who take there fitness & training seriously ✨👌✨many thanks to them 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

AVOID - bad customer service, along with poor quality products, save your money and buy better elsewhere. I bought bcaa , it did not Mix as it should, sat on top of on the water as if it was coated in something, they said I should be mixing it in a blender that I was complaining of the taste when I did not mention anything about the flavour. These people have not a clue about their poor quality products
