The size was too small although I had measured my waist. On top of that o had to pay for the return to BULGARIA from Germany. It nearly costs half of the waist trainer’s price. I won’t order from this company again.

Amazing

This is definitely the best corset I ever experienced.

Help when choosing the right waist strenghtener was amazing, as well as delivery accuary and experience so far.

Second time purchase an within two weeks the waist trainer has completely split :( poor quality

Excellent quality and material, this is something every woman should have, this was my second purchase from you, I am delighted with your products, I remain your loyal customer.

Beware of high fees of returns. I understand that international shipping is expensive, and thats why they have detailed explanations on which size to order, but the company must understand that online shopping is not as safe as real life shopping due to not being able to try on something and see in real life. Everybody is built different. Maybe if they would cooperate with local shipping stations to reduce high fees for costumers would help. Or costumer telephone service on which size is the best one to help decide correctly. I applaud high organisation and helpfulness of Your costumer service! Great job. Cant wait to get my correct size (my fault ordering the wrong one).

I’m extremely happy with my waist trainer. I bought after having a baby and found it comfortable and supportive to wear every day. It also was amazing at helping me get my post baby waist back

Second time ordering, amazing service & quality both times!! The item I originally ordered is still going 2yrs later.. granted it’s seen better days but it’s still intact and I wear it EVERYDAY for work. I’m constantly on the website just browsing & I’ve not been able to order anything for so long as I just haven’t had any spare money.. anyway my trainer was reduced to £30 so I ordered again, went for the M as previously but obviously lockdowns taken its toll and I’m apparently now a L 😭 sending it back was so easy. I have adhd and I panic with things like this so I emailed and they emailed me right back (over a bank holiday too) with a contact number and address and made it so easy for me. I returned it and 4 days later my money was refunded. I ordered a L and after a week I’m back to my first row of hooks and I feel amazing so looks like I’ll be reordering that M when I next get some spare money 😂
