I would give 0 stars if possible. I signed up two years ago and then canceled after 1 month. However, the cancellation didn't take for some reason, even though I spoke directly to someone at that time. I've been trying ever since to get the service and auto charges stopped and can no longer connect to a live person. I have gotten no/little response via email and was charged again in November. To date, I've been charged almost $1,000 and recently closed my bank account (of 20 years!) to get the charges to stop.

Be cautious with their renewal policy. If you don't want to be stuck with their aggressive renewal tactics, you need to cancel your subscription immediately after signing up.

For example, my first year of membership was from started September 5, 2023, and the receipt stated September 5, 2024 as the last day. I canceled on September 5, 2024, but they still insisted I pay for the entire year, even though I canceled on the "Last day" of my membership term. This was very customer unfriendly.

Also, you are automatically enrolled in annual renewal—it’s buried in the fine print. I wouldn’t recommend this service due to their pushy renewal policies and customer-unfriendly approach.

very slow support site for unresolved login problems

updated their website login system and now i can't get it. been trying for the past 3 months for access. issue started march 26, 24 and still waiting on resolution.

Mashvisor has up to date data that helps with underwriting deals.

Update: After 2 weeks of trying to get support, I got a refund. No email response, no communication from support, just a refund. Still, I'm happy and raises the review to 3 stars...

After a very convincing demo with the salesperson, I subscribed to the service. The data was inaccurate and I didn't use the system.
I tried contacting customer support via the website, email and phone with 0 response!!!
Shame on you Mashvisor.

Terrible customer service I’ve written numerous emails after paying $800 for an annual subscription in August 2024 that backdated itself to Dec 2023 so now it ends on dec 2024 instead of August 2025… no one answers the phone or emails. It’s starting to feel like a scam company.

Mashvisor is such a quick and powerful tool to use to get the information for important investing decisions. We primarily use it for analyzing short term rental markets nationwide. The ability to access any market in the country without having to pay extra for each area is so critical, especially when you may not even end up investing in that market.

Mashvisor has a lot of great information, I’ve been a member for several years and would recommend them to anyone seeking detailed data.

For finding a short-term rental property that turned out to be a profitable investment, Mashvisor did the job. Great tool for a new investor like me. My account did not get cancelled, and the customer service team was understanding of the issue and gave me a refund.

The platform is very user friendly and tons on info to help you with your investment analysis. I did the free trial just to get an idea of how things worked. Great data in comparison to other platforms. Reached out to Jason in support with questions and they were able to assist. When the time is right, I’ll def add this to my tools.
