Great customer experience and easy to use service

There appears to be some helpful information available for free on this site, which is all I wanted. However, the company is displaying a Trustpilot review score of 4.2 on the homepage when the current actual Trustpilot score is 3.9.

They are very helpful and I receive immediate replies to my emails. Data access is simple and they have generous plans.

Very bad cancellation process. They try to upsell and retain you. No clear way to click cancel and done. It's MORE than 1 button which it shouldn't be more than 2 clicks max. When trying to cancel it asks if you want to downgrade, and then asks various questions about why, etc. I thought I cancelled it but it then billed me 3 months later (I had quarterly payments set) and this is totally ridiculous. I wish I could give ZERO stars for this. Also after emailing them the very next day asking to cancel and refund the customer service said "Mashvisor is a renewal-based service. You are required to cancel your plan before the renewal date. Mashvisor doesn't offer refunds for payments made after the renewal date.

Nevertheless, our main mission at Mashvisor is to offer a great customer experience. We are happy to make an exception and refund the most recent charge. All we would ask for in return is for you to rate Mashvisor." .. weeeeeeelll if I'm cancelling and can't cancel and think for WHATEVER REASON I don't want to pay for this.. then my rating is probably not gonna be that great and then if the process to cancel and get my refund is more hassle and now on top of that you are asking for a rating... Then this is what I would rate it. ZERO stars.

Excellent customer service. Great site to utilize for your STR and LTR. Very user friendly.

This platform offers investors many of the proprty metrics for an easy at-a-glance read instead of the old way of penciling out the metrics ourselves for each propert.

Garbage Customer service & Support.

I was really excited to try this software, but
I Booked a product demo three times on the website and all threee times no one showed up to the zoom meeting. I emailed the person that was supposed to be on the zoom meeting ( Mike richardson ) and never got a reply back.

I went on the website to contact support, all they had was a chat bot, i described my issue and it said someone will reach out within 15 minutes.
No one reached out!

I tried again with the chatbot, it said someone will reach out within 3 hours, Suprise suprise, no one reached out again.

I Wasted a bunch of time trying to give this company my business. Never again! I've done some research and there are few competitors doing similar things. I will be giving them a try.

Been great working with Ahmed and Mashvisor API. Mashvisor API allows my company to automate market research in the neighborhoods we're investing in.

We’ve been using Mashvisor’s API as part of our real estate analytics platform, Serava, and it has been a reliable partner in our MVP and production workflow. The property image access and supporting data have integrated smoothly into our system, and the API performance has been consistent.

Their team has also been responsive and helpful during onboarding and technical questions. Overall, it’s been a solid experience working with Mashvisor as a data provider.

Mash visor keeps charging my card even though I unsubscribed over a year ago. Never sends a confirmation email but likes to send plenty of spam.

The data seems to be there, but the portal is difficult to navigate and specific data in rural areas is not readily available. Also it is unclear how often the data is updated.

The Mashvisor team has been incredible! Customer service has been top notch across the board and their data has been the most reliable!!

Terrible company with 0 customer support. I signed up for a free trial and ended up getting charged, I emailed multiple times and got no response. They have a phone number on the website but it directs you to an email and no one ever responds.

This company is nothing but criminals who practice predatory behavior against the consumer. They promise accurate information, listing searches and tools to analyze properties. ALL SEARCHES DID NOT EXIST IN THEIR SYSTEM FOR ONE, TWO, LISTINGS THEY DO HAVE FROM THEIR DATABASE, NOT ANYWHERE ELSE, THE INFORMATION WAS COMPLETELY FALSE!!! FAKE LISTINGS, INACCURATE NUMBERS GROSSLY INFLATED!!! COMPLETELY MADE UP INFORMATION!!! ANY COMPANY THAT CANT WONT OR DOESNT PROVIDE REFUND FOR BAD SERVICE SHOULD BE ELIMINATED. ANY POSITIVE REVIEW THAT IS OUT THERE ARE FAKE PAID REVIEWS FROM THEM NOT ACTUAL CLIENTS

I DO NOT RECOMMEND Mashvisor! They increased my annual subscription by more than 30% with no prior notice and refused to cancel my account. I've tried disputing the charges with my credit card company and Mashvisor will not return the money. Not even courtesy enough to pro-rate the account for the 5 days from whe my account was charged and when my cancellation notice was given. Simply TERRIBLE and a complete RIP OFF!
