Beware when getting a rental property from Martin & Co., Nuneaton

Beware when getting a rental property through these people.
Make sure, if you move into a property, that you take a lot of photographs and video's of the conditions, and, in particular cleaning standards....if you don't....come end of tenacy, they will finacially rape you.
For example £4.20 for a smoke alarm battery, will try & claim £120 for a clean (after it has been left in a lot cleaner state than when you move in after 4hrs of cleaning) - just a prime example of these people.
The level of arrogance demonstrated by the guy you have to deal with at end of tenancy is inprecedented..

Beware...you have been warned.
