I was really excited about trying this ice cream as it’s directly from the farm. Since minimum order was about GBP 24 for home delivery, we had to make space in the freezer for all four tubs.

The day of delivery, I was at home, but somehow the delivery was left outside. Luckily, we quickly saw it, and I was relived to find that it was still frozen solid upon taking it in.

A word to the wise; DO NOT EAT THE ICE CREAM IMMEDIATELY! Let it thaw 😅, otherwise it doesn’t have any taste! The next day, we all grabbed large bowls and spoons and dug in!

I was expecting a very creamy ice cream, which this wasn’t, in particular, the chocolate mint tastes quite watery, but the chocolate and strawberry were pretty good.

I think my expectations of this product were much higher than what we experienced. Also, looking at the ingredients, I see a lot more ingredients than one would expect from ice cream made directly at the farm.

It’s not bad, but it’s definitely not our favourite.

Great service prompt delivery

There was an issue with their freezers so my dog had to wait longer than expected for the delivery. Plus I had to chase the delivery as it seemed to have been forgotten.

There was a delivery hiccup with my order NOTHING TO DO with Marshfield, the delivery company demonstrated an astronomical lack of ability or intelligence, another story!
Despite this not being Marshfield's problem they jumped in and helped get the whole debacle sorted out - without any fuss or bother and with a supremely professional approach.
Plus, their products are absolutely delicious!

This has to be the most delicious ice cream and sorbet I have ever eaten. I have recommended it to friends who all feel the same,.

Ice cream is fabulous

It went down extremely well at my 70th birthday celebration. The coffee went very quickly. The champagne & strawberry sorbet was divine. Just have a small amount left and a little vanilla. Will have to order the coffee as I didnt even get chance to try it!!
