Friendly, helpful and good quality

Giving a reference of a picture that I wanted did not meet my requirements. After under going a few phones calls and confirming the design is to the correct size, the colleague did not confirm that the reference picture that I supplied will be the same material and finish look. I was told it was a flat print and it will just drop on the table.

After seeing the final print delivered to my office, I was very disappointed. Speaking to one of your staff members only apologised and said he will email this up. Nothing in regards to we can offer a different form of print (as a gesture of good will) for there mistake or a refund. Disappointed.

Product made and dispatched ontime. Excellent quality. Sadly, the delivery company phoned up to book in the pallet for delivery next day and then never turned up. It wasn't till I chased it 3 days later to find out where my product was did we realise this. When queried the delivery company claimed they turned up to fidn the gates locked, which I knwo is total rubbish! Marqetspace should have checked it had actually been delivered, not just dispatched. If they had, at worst delivery would have been 1 day late instead of 4.

Excellent service, very easy to upload your file, they also keep you informed each step of the way and if your unsure you can always ring their helpful staff to guide you along, great prices as well

We had a lot of pre-order support for the Pod, it was made on time and ready for collection when required.
Have not seen it as shipped abroad, but would presume the quality as good as one done for us.
Will be attempting to sell more of this range.

Great product (selfie frame) - although we ordered the A1 size which is too big to hold yourself and click, so we christened it a 'someone-elsie frame'! Good price, very quick dispatch and lovely print quality - thank you!
