Ease of placing the order and great price

A great company to work with and easy to use ordering system. I like the fact that prices and turnarounds are clear, along with having access to templates to make sure my item prints correctly. I’ve used other companies that just have a spec on how to setup a file without offering a template, which always gave me an unneeded anxiety of wondering if my items will print. Marqetspace though, relieved that, and if I’m still not sure I can purchase a file check.

I was introduced to Marqetspace after many years as a Nettl studio. They’ve proven to be a great trade print provider — reliable products, delivered on time, and consistently good quality. While not every product combination is available, their quality control is noticeably stronger than some of the other UK-based online trade printers.

Their web chat team is usually quick to respond and helpful with queries. My only small gripe is that invoices can take a few days to arrive after dispatch, which adds an extra admin step. It would also be brilliant if they could offer plain-label notifications and updates sent directly to clients.

Overall, a solid and trustworthy partner for trade printing.

Easy to select product and make the arrangements. Good order and payment process

I have used this company almost 10 years for multiple jobs and they have always been fine. I place a reprint for some UV business cards which come back shocking and are peeling away at the edges. I get told that they advise against going to the edge on UV and this has been the case for 10 years and won't offer a refund.
If I have been placing the same UV artwork with them for 10 years and they have been fine I think its safe to say I would expect the quality to be the same. At the very least an email warning like other printers do.
I will not risk using them for any future print at all.

With being with Marquetspace for just a long number of years , i know if a complex job is needing to be done , i can contact the team at Marquetspace and they are like part of my The Paperchain Business there to discuss and help and then Marquetspace produce the printing required , and its on their history file if you ever need to go back and reorder the same item .
