Awful to deal with. Totally obnoxious and I wouldn't go near the place ever again.

All questions answered, description and photos of the watch were almost as real as seeing it in the flesh. Great price too for a rare item such as the one purchased, without hesitation.

My experience with Mark Worthington Jewellers from beginning to end was outstanding.
I had been looking to purchase a Rolex Sea Dweller 50th Anniversary for a while and with no joy from the AD regarding waiting for the 'phone call' I decided to bite the bullet and buy pre owned.
After searching around I saw the watch of my dreams at Mark Worthington Jewellers.
I contacted them for more information about the watch and spoke to Harley.
From minute one Harley made me feel at ease and answered any questions (even the silly ones) that I had with courtesy and professionalism.
I wasn't keen on a straight delivery through the post purchase as I wanted to actually view the watch before buying it.
This was for me a lot of money to part with buying blind so we organized a viewing appointment.
On the day of purchase, I was met by Ted. Again, just like Harley, Ted made me feel at ease throughout the buying process and went out of his way to bring along a Submariner to compare case sizes. This was something that I requested beforehand and they obliged immediately.
The watch itself and boxes (which was advertised as excellent condition) was in fact in as new condition with no visible marks or scratches. So I purchased the watch with the biggest smile on my face.
My honest opinion of Mark Worthington Jewellers is that if you require a professional, informative and friendly buying experience, look no further.
I never knew that spending so much money could put the biggest smile on my face 😁

Saw the watch on the internet and had several questions so I contacted the shop. My call was immediately answered and my queries satisfactorily answered. Placed an order for the watch at 4.50pm which was quickly acknowledged and given details of their bank account so I was able to do a bank transfer. Next morning I was told of the delivery date and time. The following morning the watch arrived, securely wrapped and on time. When I opened the package I found it completely protected and inside the Rolex box was the watch I had ordered. The description and information I had been given was totally accurate and I am 110% satisfied my purchase.
