Looking for a nice tag for my wife came to this website and sore a great looking ladies tag . It was in excellent condition brand new 32 mm .44 diamonds . Spoke to the shop made an appointment went to see and was treated really well watch strap 3 links to big they altered free of charge fitted perfectly paid and wife happy .

Just traded several watches against a Rolex Sprite and an IWC Top Gun Pilots watch.

I had been looking for an item for some time when just what I wanted came up on the website. I was able to reserve it and given a timescale for its return from the manfractures servicing. Sure enough, a call came through exactly when promised. I was sent detailed photos of the item, paid for it and it was shipped by next day delivery. It was really well packaged, complete with manufacturers report and I was delighted with my purchase. I would not hesitate to go back to Mark Worthington Jewellers. Excellent service from start to finish. Great easy to use website, but you can get to speak to someone personally if you wish. Harley was incredibly helpful with my watch purchase.

I ordered a 24mm ladies Rolex OP for £3995. The watch was described as excellent and when I opened it, the watch appeared brand new. Unfortunately, my wife didn't like it! Harley gladly took it back and allowed me to swap it for a 41mm Omega Aqua Terra for the same price. Again, described as excellent the watch looks brand new. I'm loving my new watch, but still have to get my wife a 20th anniversary gift!

Recently bought 2 watches with part ex too, really first class friendly service. Would highly recommend MWJ for buying and selling your watches. Great communication and understanding from Ted and Harley as to what I wanted. Thanks guys.

Twice I sent emails to this jewellers (via their contact us instructions) , I was enquiring and genuinely interested in buying a £3000 Cartier watch they have for sale for my wife’s birthday , I asked them to contact me so I could make arrangements to go to their shop and look at the watch. As I live 2hrs away I just didn’t want to turn up and find the watch had either been sold or it not being on site and wasting a 4hr round trip
In my opinion someone who has made a genuine enquiry and is prepared to spend £3000 on an item they are selling should at least have their enquiry acknowledged and be contacted
NOT in this case Ive never heard a word back from them , I can therefore only assume they have far too much business coming through the doors than yo follow up a measly £3000 sale
I have previously purchased 3 Rolex watches from Prestons jewellers I. Wilmslow and it now looks like I’ll be going back there, where they genuinely welcome customers with open arms

I bought a Breitling watch I had a few questions but after a conversation with Harley the purchase went very smoothly. I was also advised that if there was a watch I was interested in but not in stock, they may be able to source one.

Wow! Bought my Omega Constellation Mini 1167.10.00 18 carats Yellow Gold with Mark Worthington yesterday, and I must say it’s really a beautiful piece and looks as good as new with papers and original box a total great deal. Ted was very assisting and my husband was very happy with his free classic hat too. It’s worth a drive to see and have such a beautiful watch. They have beautiful various collections of high end watches too. Parking is also available right in front of the shop so it’s very convenient.

I had been looking for a specific pre worn rolex for months and found one with these guys. Having little experience with buying such an expensive item on line, I couldn’t have chosen better. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Harley, comms were fantastic and the packaging was excellent.
