I used Marketing 360 for three seperate companies. The first company I signed up in September of 2025, things started off good I got a good website advertising seemeded to be good then I decided to add them to a 2nd company and then a third and things quickly went downhill. The third company we were doing contract of just over $9000 a month. It took them two months to deliver a website so that was $18,000 into advertising payments before we even had a website ready. All in all they never delivered anything even close to what they promissed we went 4 months on that contract and then elected to pay the early termination penalty just to stop bleeding money, that 4 months produced not one phone call, not one email, not one lead. Now we know it wasnt the project becuase we were turning record sales on that project ourselves. The second company is where things really went off the rails. We paid Marketing 360 nearly $3000 to build us a website it took over a month to get something that looked like a child created in fact it was so bad that our credit card company refused to authorize card processing for the site. We put our card processor and Marketing 360 into an email chain and the credit card company couldnt get anywhere with them. So two out of three companies 1000s of dollars spent and not one single thing to show for it. They hold bi-weekly meetings to review your marketing plan but these are less of a marketing review and more of a upsale meeting where they beat you up to send them more money and no matter how much you authorize they willl tell you at the next meeting they need more. We cancelled our services with them and yet they still try and run our cards and take even more money. They offered to refund me the $3000 I spent on the junk website but they wont give it back to me in cash like I paid them, I can only have it back in ad credits and can only use the ad credits if I have an active ad account running with them so they want me to pay them $5000 to get another month of their pathetic adverting so I can get the $3000 refund in additional ad spend. This place is a total scam they take your cash constantly beat you up for more and more money and only return a subpar product that has little very little affect to your bottom line. Stay away stay far away from these con-artist.
Worst experience I’ve ever had. They got me signed up and then basically disappeared.
They love to talk about how amazing and “user-friendly” their platform is—but nobody actually takes the time to show you how to use it. The few times I did get someone on the phone, they asked me what keywords I wanted to target. I told them straight up—I have no clue. Isn’t that what I’m paying you for?
For context, I spent 24 years running a private dental practice. I’ve been around marketing long enough to know what competent looks like. This wasn’t it. These guys are all talk, no follow-through.
To be fair, the guy who signed me up was great. After that? Complete drop-off.
And the targeting? I specifically asked for a local radius. Instead, I’m getting calls from people 3–6 hours away. Totally useless.
Bottom line: I wouldn’t work with them again even if they paid me. Stay clear.
I strongly advise any small business owner to look elsewhere. My experience with Marketing 360 has been a textbook "bait and switch."
The "Sales" Trap: The knowledgeable strategist who sold me on the service vanished the moment I signed. I was handed off to a novice "account manager" who lacked basic SEO fundamentals.
Incompetent Strategy: Despite being a local business, they wasted my budget on broad-match keywords and generic pages for the first several months. When I pointed out the lack of ROI, instead of fixing their errors, they consistently tried to upsell me on more services.
The Proof is in the Results: I paid Marketing 360 $2,300/month for 6 months ($13,800 total) and saw zero movement in local rankings. I hired a local SEO specialist for a one-time fee of $200, and they had me ranking for my primary keywords in my city within days.
Predatory Contracts: They lock you into a 6-month contract because they know their results won't keep you there. A company with actual skill earns your business monthly; Marketing 360 traps it.
They are a sales organization, not a marketing agency. If you value your business's growth and your hard-earned money, stay away.
Nick Geymann has been an outstanding account manager, consistently demonstrating responsiveness, transparency, and clear communication regarding timelines and availability. His professionalism has not gone unnoticed, and we are grateful for his efforts.
If I could give 0 I would. Lies lies lies! Marketing 360 Madwire or whatever other name they hide behind will not change how they deceive prospective customers selling them the moon and delivering sub par websites that produce zero returns. I was paying 3000.00 per month for 4 months and received one valid call for service. I run a painting company. Then when I tried to cancel they continued charging for two additional months. Horrible horrible horrible do not trust The lying word out of their lying mouth!
Marketing360°.com is me. I am the stat and Facebook is the line in between the star, with technology and license venues, musicgateway can open knowledge up to authorization and songtrust can open the lines up to security, for the limited status grants a reward, but the unlimited status grants an award,
I hired Marketing 360 as a brand-new licensed HVAC contractor in Florida. I was upfront from day one: no website, no Google Business profile, brand-new company, and my primary goal was simple - make the phone ring.
We entered into a six-month agreement at roughly $1,200–$1,300 per month. Over five full months (now entering the sixth), I received zero phone calls that could be directly attributed to their efforts.
Zero.
As a startup contractor, every dollar matters. When you're transitioning from technician to business owner, cash flow is critical. Spending thousands of dollars without a single measurable lead is not just disappointing - it's damaging.
Communication was also frustrating. Emails often took days for responses, and there was no clear sense of urgency around performance or accountability.
Your experience may vary. I can only speak to mine. In my case, I invested thousands of dollars and did not see a single inbound call as a result.
If you're a small contractor considering digital marketing services, make sure you demand clear tracking, clear deliverables, and measurable performance metrics before committing.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Marketing 360 based on my experience.

Palm Beach, FL Licensed HVAC & Plumbing Contractor
This was a costly mistake that our company is actively working to resolve.
During the sales process, deliverables were presented one way, but after onboarding, the execution and timeline shifted significantly. What was discussed as consistent monthly deliverables felt stretched across several months instead. From our perspective, this created a major disconnect between what was sold and what was actually delivered.
There were also changes in communication and management direction that made it feel like expectations were being reframed after the agreement was already in place. That made it very difficult to hold anyone accountable to the original scope we believed we were signing up for.
For business owners: protect your company. Review contracts carefully, document every promised deliverable, and push for very clear timelines in writing before signing anything.
Based on our experience, we would strongly recommend investing in building internal sales and marketing teams. At least you maintain control and visibility over your business assets and brand.
6 months, $18,000 and missing SEO, blogs, and only a couple leads. Said they "fired" or account rep and let us know that he had still completed everything agreed in contract. We asked for a refund they offered a small amount but wanted us to sign an NDA.
I would have rather burned my $18K (at least it would've kept me warm).
Do your diligence! There's a reason they don't have Google reviews!
This company is a joke! Do not invest your time nor your money with these people! They will get over on you! Again do not waste your time nor your money!
the price of a big marketing agency. The quality of a high school kid starting his first business. Not only did the ad copy SUCK. but they didnt follow through with any of their promises. I received several apologies and promises to do better and gave several chances. but in the end it was a massive waste of my time and money. To add icing to the cake they completely destroyed the already converting ad campaigns i had built myself as a complete monkey to building ads that converted BETTER than anything they ever built this company has a great sales and marketing team for themselves but when it comes to understanding any actual industry to build ads for they suck.
Alex and Ryan were second to none through the whole initial process.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience with Marketing 360
I hired Marketing 360 to build a website and handle lead generation. The website was basic—nothing special, but it worked. The real issue was the lead generation—each lead cost over $50, which was way too expensive, so I stopped that service. Later, half my website disappeared after they ran an update, and they refused to rebuild it. I thought I canceled everything, but months later I found out I was still being charged $25 a month for hosting a broken two-page site with a domain not even connected. They offered no refund, no apology, and claimed no wrongdoing. I would never use Marketing 360 again and strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Once they have your debit card, they think your money is THEIR MONEY. THIEVES.
Ally has been amazing to work with! She was referred to me by some friends of mine and she has been great. Super knowledgeable and very easy to work with. Couldn’t be happier with how she has helped my business progress!

Madwire has been integral to the success of our business. We've partnered with them for over 3 years and it's made all the difference. Madwire's specialized campaign, and guidance has provided us with extremely reliable website and phone traffic. We know that if we ever want to increase revenue all we have to do is dial up our marketing. Due to the longevity of our campaign, our cost per lead is some of the most economical we've experienced. We couldn't recommend them more!
