Tracking vessels and monitoring marine mammal impact

Useless and unprofessional
Something changed Dec 2023 and our working paid for service stopped working. After over a month of dealing with a useless support agent who just kept saying it was technical and hard, I was forwarded to a sales agent for a sales discussion. I absolutely DO NOT recommend doing business with this company.

When the sea was blue...
According to marinetraffic notifications, they've changed their IT, now being enhanced by kpler ltd? I wish they hadn't because we have a completely different plan, vessels, maps, colours etc, why change a perfectly good website, leading now to confusion and error for the user. PLEASE return to tried tested original format? I'm more inclined now to be using the alternative but inferior vesselfinder website.

Do not recommend this company.
I have been using the service for about a year. We were using the Containers Tracking API service. They have been acquired from another company. They stop our services without information us. removing our price plan. Now I have to pay more than double or find another solution. It was extremely unprofessional to change the floor on us. I do not recommend to anyone.
