It was okay but since the update it is awful, I won’t be renewing my subscription.

What on earth have you done to the app !!??? The latest update is awful with a capital AW . The old version was 10 times better and more user friendly. New one doesnt show the variable speeds the boats do . Also my fleet section is full with only 15 vessels and I’m unable to add more . Woeful woeful update the worst ever . PLEASE let us have the old version back 🙏🏻 . I am presently searching for a different ship tracker and there’s a few about then I’m cancelling my subscription

I've enjoyed this app for years. 2.0 does not communicate tracking information very well at all. It's lay out makes no sense. I feel quite disappointed with this update 😞

Used this app for many years. Nice marine style layout, easy to work with and obtain details. The latest update is a total disaster also posted by many on other download sites. A very poor standard response from the provider who claims that the app is still undergoing development. Why they even released a BETA at this stage goes beyond my way of thinking. Time to reconsider and roll things back would be best or it will be your loss!

I previously gave this app a 5 star rating, but the new upgrade is terrible and in my opinion unusable which is a pity, as I enjoyed the previous version of the app.

10 days ago would have given 5 stars but after latest update app is unusable. Track is just line with very little info. Track shown on simplest map even if chart is choosen. If app not improve I will stop using it.

As a long term subscriber who uses it multiple times daily for work as a Marine Pilot, I won’t be renewing my subscription. The latest update is awful and takes away the professions feel the app once had. A huge step backwards.

The 'upgrade' is terrible.

Last uptades is very poor compare to last one,will no longer use this apps. instead Vsl Finder should be better for the price to have.

What used to be a fantastic app has been completely ruined after the recent update.
Please return it to the original before people delete & go elsewhere !!!!

Afther update 20-02-26 i get basic carts must conatly change to satelite. Tracks are only one line with no time (10m) anymore. No old "searchlist" anymore and the whole time the upgrade loge over the half page....
What are you doing. It was a perfect site! We paid for it and in once.... all over.... we go to another site.
The helpdesk is AI send some mails and i must say i got good answers back but its still not working like it was....
So marine-traffic: put it back...

What used to be a brilliant live shipping website has been completely destroyed by a greedy profit-driven company.

The whole look of the website is awful now.

kpler have alienated thousands of previous users and sadly I can’t see the website surviving.

would almost call it a scam you have other free site that provide excatly the same for free. and marine traffic would ocost you a 900 usd per year... riddicilious

pedophiles that harass children, delete photos and votes for no reason. They have no idea what moves and why on a tidal river

Requested a refund a day after my free triall as I was charged $280.44 USD. I thought I had selected monthly, not yearly billing. (theirs a UI issue here) I've been disputing it for months but no refund. :(

I'm with Marine Traffic for years, this is a part of my job to check vessel status from ETD to ETA daily. As a commercial manager, I'm enjoying its service nicely. Many thanks to the team who is giving labor to make and manage this.

THE PAID SUBSCRIPTION IS COMPLELEY USELESS.
IT STATES PAID MONTHY BUT THEN BILLS YOU IN ONE PAYMENT. I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF TRYING TO GET A REFUND AFTER €1,000 WAS TAKEN FROM THE ACCOUNT TODAY.

Great website that works perfectly. Tells me exactly what I want and although the website and app doesn't look the best, it does the job perfectly and well.
