Have been purchasing jewellery from Maria Tash for years, easily spending £10k with them between myself and my husband. Purchased an earring less than 12 months ago and the diamond fell out. After mul... See more

Waste of money and poor quality
Waste of money and poor quality
Bought 2 ear piercings for my birthday that were not that cheap (€600) in total to loose one of them twice in less than one year. Contacted customer service who told me to check with my insurance... They don't care about the bad quality of their product .. so disgusted and will not recommend spending a cent with them...
I don't trust this shop.
I was so disappointed by the whole thing. I was told that the all earrings are hypoallergenic but I had terrible reactions on my earlobes!! I went back to the shop in Liberty where I had the first pierce, but they just told me that I should see a doctor..This was all I got after spending £260. I changed from their 18K gold ones to £20 titanium ones from local jewellery shop and finally all sorted. I don't trust Maria Tash at all.

Poor quality!
Spent nearly $3000 with them and after only 4 months one of the earrings clasps has deteriorated to the point it will no longer click shut. It has only been worn a handful of times. When I contacted them they said I had to send back to US from NZ for repairs. They will not cover the shipping costs to do so. Customer service was robotic and unhelpful. They said it would take 8-10 weeks to repair. I’ve also been made aware the warranty period is only 6 months! Not good enough given the expense of these earrings. Would not buy here again.
To your response … the “complimentary” replacement was still at my shipping costs (over $65). Since this post I’ve had another one of the earring I purchased tarnish also. As stated really unhappy with both quality and customer service and would not purchase again.

18ct Diamond Lightning Bolt…
Brought a 18ct Diamond Lightning Bolt Single Threaded Stud Earring for my wife in October 2021. Whilst on holiday in April 2022 the lightning bolt broke off and was lost. Contacted Maria Tash who say their items only have a 6 month guarantee and were totally uninterested in offering any sort of compensation or to try and fix the broken earring. Not the 1st item we have purchased from Maria Tash but will be the last!!

Rude and unhelpful staff
Such a disappointing experience at Maria Tash Liberty. Had booked a piercing for my daughter’s 15th birthday. Turns out that she is not allowed to have a piercing on her helix until she is 16- Westminster law apparently . Although I understand the need to respect the law, the way it was handled was appalling and all happened on her actual birthday- which made for a real blow- staff was rude and unhelpful and lacked customer care. I was not expecting to have such an experience at Liberty. Very very disappointing

Very bad customer service…do not buy on line
Purchased a 14k gold clicker and waited 4 months delay to have it. Once it has arrived I put it in my ear maybe 2-3 times. After just few months it has broken. Customer service quoted me 40% of the item's cost to repair it + shipment cost (basically more that 100 Euro in total). I waited for 3 months to have it. I would expect a piece of gold jewelry at this price to survive more time. The quality and the customer service just doesn't live up to the hype. My suggestion do not buy on line...just in the shop.

Maria Tash: Don’t buy there!!
I have bought several of their fine earrings which are extremely expensive. However, to my disappointment almost all of them fell off. Thousands of dollars gone… when I contacted them to let them know, they did nothing about it. Don’t buy there!!!! At least if you don’t want to waste all the money you saved up!

Their customer service is much better now
I have been their online customer since 2015. They went through some bad times, but my recent orders in 2021 were processed and shipped in a timely manner.
Thank you and keep up with the good work!

Bought a pearl coronet briolette in…
Bought a pearl coronet briolette in gold for $1250. The earring tarnished and one pearl fell off. Why is their gold tarnishing? My other gold jewelry doesn’t do that. Will never buy anything from Maria Tash ever again.

So disappointed
So disappointed. Spent £600 on earrings getting my ears pierced less than a year ago and the backing has come loose and fallen off. Luckily I managed to find the diamond but have lost the back and now can't wear the earrings as they're specific backings. Contacted them directly to explain the earrings should not come loose at all (especially at the price I paid) and they have not helped at all. Very upset

Beware of quality ! Tarnishes/rusts easily
Bought a very expensive (£860 for single earring) diamond clicker 18ct gold for helix that oxidised and infected my ear pretty badly. Customer service advice was to “remove tarnish with a cleaning cloth”, even though it’s quite clear that the metal oxidised belong just cleaning.
