Despite paying for FedEx shipping the company decided to use their own shipping partner of choice, causing package to be delivered extremely late and after my snorkelling holidays. The companies solution? Refund of 2€.. Would I have known the company would ignore my choice of courier I’d have shopped elsewhere as I was specifically looking for FedEx in regards to shipping speed. Simply said - unprofessional.

Disappointing experience with poor transparency and zero accountability
I placed an order in mid-April for a simple item — a pair of diving fins — only to be told three weeks later that the item was on backorder, with no indication of this at the time of purchase. The excuse? Italian public holidays.
Frankly, blaming shipping delays on a single day off in May is almost comical, especially for a company that presents itself as an international retailer.
I’ve since ordered a similar product from the U.S. it arrived quickly, and the quality is far superior.
Sadly, Mareshop reflects a broader trend: declining product standards, inflated delivery times, and a frustrating attitude of indifference toward customers. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone expecting even the most basic level of professionalism.

Recently we had an issue with the Marco UP3/E Electronic water pressure system pump I installed last year on our boat in the USA. (A fantastic unit !)

Contacted Marcos’ very responsive representative in Florida and they quickly agreed to send me a warranty replacement. But I also wanted to buy an additional pump as a back up, unfortunately they were unable to supply that so directed me to a retailer.

Rather than just purchase from the same place I had initially, I searched and came across Mareshop.eu The pricing was substantially better (even with shipping) and nervously decided to give it a try.

I was absolutely amazed ! Near immediate shipping plus we got constant updates on the shipping progress via them and DHL and most shockingly... the pump from Italy actually arrived just before the one sent from Florida ! Even better it’s also an updated version compared to the warranty replacement unit I received and seems to address what failed in the initial unit.

Needless to say will certainly be looking at them for future purchases !

I've ordered my items online. My order was confirmed very quickly. Initially I had a slight glitch with Paypal, but I was quickly in touch with Mareshop. That issue was resolved very quickly and I've placed my order again.

I was updated on every stage of my order. Tracking service was very efficient. At every stage I was informed. I had a delivery of my items today.

I have to say that am VERY HAPPY with Mareshop and will definitely use them in a future and recommend to my family & friends. Mareshop is an excellent example how business should be conduct.

Ordered on line, confirmed very quickly and tracking service very efficient. At every stage I was informed. When my masks and flippers arrived they were as ordered and in excellent time.

Great price for my BCD and it was delivered right away.

My dive buddy and loving wife had indicated that she was interested in having her own dive computer, following an experience overseas where she had to rely on my dive computer and the SPG cluster provided with her hire kit for an indicative depth.

After a bit of research she provided me with details of the computer she would prefer to have, and I managed to find exactly what she wanted, and was very pleased to discover that the PC interface package was also available with it as a separate item.

These two items were duly ordered, and arrived safely within a few days of the order(s) being placed. There was a minor delivery hitch with one of the two packages, but that was easily resolved.

In summary, the ordering and delivery were seamless and the main item arrived in good time for my dive buddy's birthday, and she is very pleased with it. I have also managed to download the PDF of the operating manual for her new dive computer, so all we have to do now is try it out !!

Oh, and my wife was absolutely delighted with her new gift too, even if she is going to have to trim the wrist strap down a bit !!

Ordered on Thursday and item arrived on Tuesday to new Zealand. Cheapest I could find anywhere online and was amazed when the item turned up in a few days. Will be using again without a doubt.

Hi the only complaint I have is thar a responce email takes about two to three days , This is not acceptable in today's competitive market.
