I bought a kahe pod 600 tiller handle from their website where they indicated that they have it in stock.
I paid using my credit card.
The order got cancelled and no money were returned to my bank.
Their telephone number is not working.
Their Facebook messenger page is giving me templated non sense responses.
Their contact page shows a 404.
I tried to leave a review on their website’s plarfrom but I got an error which leds me to believe that the reviews are fake there.

It looks like a proper scam to be honest.

Prices seems good which is what tempted me to make a purchase. After I paid, I was told that they didn't have the exact color for one item and asked me to choose another color. I did just that and now thinking my order was being processed I was excited to get it. A few weeks later he told me that the 2nd part of my order wouldn't be available until December without any sort of ETA and basically saying take it or leave it.
I made my original order mid October and im still waiting. Prices are good by service is less than par.

Horrible experience. I ordered a wet suit, it tore at first use and they could not replace it with a new one.
Now they don’t want to give me the money back but only offer a voucher for their shop. This is against the law..

AVOID. It’s been nothing but deceit with this company. The climbing harness I purchased was listed as “in stock” when it wasn’t. It took 2 weeks to arrive. When it arrived, I discovered that I was sent a size 2 instead of a size 1. Customer service then tried convincing me the size 2 should fit me after I informed them of my measurements. I guess having me endanger my life by wearing a harness that can slip past my hips is an acceptable alternative to the complications of return shipping. On top of all that, it takes days for customer service to respond back to my emails. What an absolutely shameful and unprofessional experience.

I have ordered maintenance kit for my Jabsco marine toilet and I got a suspiciously big box, which I opened before the eyes of the courier (he said the box is damaged so I may want to open it). It contained some bag of candies and filling materials. I doubt it was an accident since nootica doesn't sell candies and why should anyone buy candies in a huge box instead of the near grocery store. I gave back the box to the courier and asked for a refund. Still I have a feeling I am scammed but if I get refund let you know.

EDIT: today GLS called me, it was their fault and got the ordered package. I changed my one star to five star, since there wasn't any real problem on the side of nootica.

Cxl a very expensive item send e mails about this cancelation and they still charge my American express for a thousand dollar.

They sent wrong parts and would not refund or send correct parts. Customer service is non existent, they take your money and dont want to know when things go wrong. Avoid this company.
