Excellent service, item well packaged and arrived very quickly.

I bought a Yamaha FG3 from them. They offered an excellent price and they delivered it next day, which I was very impressed by (I placed my order around 12pm and recieved it at 3pm the next day!). The guitar was well packaged, new, and pristine on arrival. There were no issues with its action or how it was set up. I would highly recommend ordering from them!

I come about this company by accident, generally searching for a high end compact speaker cab for my guitar rig and found great praise and reviews on the Phil Jones Bass compact 2 C2 2x5 bass cab and Mann's Music came up in my search as having them available for immediate dispatch at a great price. I took the gamble on this company I've not come across to provide themselves. Can't fault them. Great product, service at a very competitive price. On the top of my search now for future gear. The PJB bass 2x5 bass cab exceeded my expectations and works wonderful in my guitar setup. Thanks a bunch Mann's Music 5/5

I bought a Tenor Banjo from them, the banjo arrived but was not as described. That was down to the manufacturer not advertising a change to the spec. I decided not to keep the Banjo, Manns music arranged the pickup and refund, they were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with and would not hesitate to purchase from them in the future.

I bought my first classical guitar from Mann's music. I also bought a matching hard case. The price was good and the delivery was prompt. Trouble was that the guitar came with 3 broken strings. Not sure why, maybe in transit but seems unlikely. Anyway, after a phone call I was sent a replacement set of strings.
