Lovely estate agent, on time. Garden could have done with a bit of a tidy as it was a bit off putting. Hard to grasp the reality of how lovely it could be. But inside is very spacious. One bedroom’s decor debatable but nothing that can’t be changed.

Everyone we spoke to throughout the process was so supportive and clearly explained everything we needed to do and how it was progressing. Matthew and Bel were especially helpful when describing what was required at various stages.

Hannah Lund was amazing helping organise everything to do with getting my property ready for market. Photos were great and done timely, and the speed of marketing was excellent. Manning Stainton kept in touch every week and sent really useful reports, Whilst my property did not sell and I had to wirthdraw from the market, I would reccomend Manning Stainton and will highly consider using them in the future.
