Becky at Manning Stainton was the estate agent for the property I was buying, but in reality she ended up handling the sales progression on both sides of my move.

I used an online estate agent to sell my leasehold apartment, and their sales progression was virtually non-existent. Becky stepped in without hesitation, chased the whole chain, kept everyone updated and dealt with problems quickly whenever they arose.

Moving house is stressful enough, but selling a leasehold property made the process even more complicated. Becky was warm, reassuring and completely on top of everything. She regularly did work that should really have been handled by my own estate agent, simply because she wanted to keep the move progressing.

I honestly don’t know what would have happened without her. She was a total superstar from start to finish, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything she did.
