€10:99 to return an item !!!
Clothes were fine but I needed to return one item that was too big , no free returns I discovered, price to return was €10:99 for a return label . Who doesn’t offer free returns in 2026 , won’t be ordering off them again !

Been using M and M Direct for years
Been using M and M Direct for years, products always great, a few hiccups along the way with items but nothing major for a long term customer - however .... the last few orders have taken an in-ordinate amount of time for delivery, paying for express delivery is no longer express, its a reduction in delivery costs for 12 months - I'm not sure if this is supply chain related or whether its delivery company related - used to be DPD delivered for M and M Direct in Ireland and you could sometimes have the items ordered in 48 hours - now they are using GLS .. bought items on 4th July, GLS tracking is still showing they haven't received the parcel -which is typical of how delivery works now ... its gone from 2 - 4 days to 7 - 10 days and its souring the experience and making me order stuff elsewhere.
