How could MandMDirect have got it SO WRONG???
On 10 May 2026 I ordered a pair of Converse All Star SHOE Size 8 Colour RED.
'My order' arrived today 13 May 2026, but the item was not what I ordered. Far from it...
What arrived was
Converse All Star BOOT
Size 5
Colour FLESH
How could MandMDirect have got it SO WRONG???
Honestly, I am shocked by the stupidity of this MandMDirect packer. They managed to get the PRODUCT wrong, the COLOUR wrong, and the SIZE wrong.
In fact, they got NOTHING right.
Clearly, there was no check done to ensure that the product was the right one. Surely, NO ONE is that stupid? The packer simply DID NOT CARE.
And now it seems I have to pay £4.99 to return this INCORRECT item.
I will NEVER order anything from MandMDirect again. What's the point?

Very comfortable pumps!
Great pumps, really comfortable and look good. They are quite wide fitting. I have broad feet and usually buy size 5.5 or 6 in footwear but bought these pumps in a size 5 and they are a perfect fit for me. I am really pleased with my purchase.

Quality stuff at bargain
Ordered a pair of vans platform oldskool and pink converse lift for my wife and a jaded green pair of converse lift for myself. Absolutely loved the shoes and for that price, they were absolute bargain.

Item never got delivered waited 4 days even though paid for 48 hour delivery and on 5 day was told item had been returned. Will never order from these again as was then told item out of stock. What a joke.

Unfortunately the couriers returned the parcel to us, and a full refund was automatically issued by our returns team.
I never received my order (#250644610)
I never received my order (#250644610). The courier left it with a neighbor without my permission, and the neighbor denies having it. MandM Direct told me it's a "civil dispute" and refused to help, which is a direct violation of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. They are responsible for the parcel until it's in my hands. They have my money, I have no product, and their customer support is useless. I am now contacting my bank for a chargeback. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

I have looked into this and can see that the investigation has now closed as we have received confirmation from the courier that the driver's GPS indicates the delivery was made correctly and the proof of delivery is compliant.

Returns are not free
I ordered a pair of football boots and they did not fit and then found out to my cost that returns are not free. With the order and return postage, I think I've wasted nearly £10 in total. I will definitely will have to think twice to order anything next time.

This is a fantastic company always Dispatch the item really fast great prices. The only Down side is they use evri to deliver who in my opinion are one of the worse companies always losing parcels in my area
