Cheap prices, quick delivery. Have been using them for years and will continue to do so. Never had to return anything.

M&M are very quick with deliveries. And no quibbles with return. Items purchased always good quality and very good price.

Ordered some clothes, was a bit annoyed to find that i needed to pay to purchase a returns label. As I was unsure on sizing, i bought a label.

The good arrived when they said they would, in a timely fashion.

I opened the packaging to find my goods, but no returns label. That is pretty dodgy as they'd charged me 3 quid for one.

My advice; think twice about walking in to the returns label trap. By one at your own peril, or stick with online retailers that offer free returns.

Ordered sandals exactly the same make and size I always wear and they were huge and had to be sent back at my own expense and took a while before my money was returned
This has happened before with another pair of sandals I ordered so won’t be ordering again as gets expensive paying postage and them to return them

I love this website ! All goods are always beautiful and well packaged. Delivery is always quick too. They have so many items it is difficult to de ide what to buy.

I’ve just done the best holiday shop ever with MandM and I’m genuinely blown away. I ordered 8 T‑shirts, 5 pairs of shorts, sliders, a baseball cap, 3 pairs of swimwear AND a full tracksuit — all for under £180. The value is unreal.
Everything arrived quickly, the quality is spot‑on, and the sizing is perfect. No faff, no stress — I literally just need to press, pack, and I’m ready for Cancún. It’s rare to find a place where you can sort your whole holiday wardrobe in one go without spending a fortune, but MandM absolutely delivered.
If you want great brands, great prices, and a totally hassle‑free shop, I can’t recommend them enough. Five stars from me!
