Regretfully the day that you booked we had some issues with our driver dispatch system, we understand this is disappointing. We ensured that we have apologised to the customer and we always refund in these unusual circumstances. I am very sorry about your experience, this is not our usual high standards you should expect from MTS.

I have ti say I had a exellent service with an experienced driver very polite and helpful, helped me with my luggage at the terminal and got me there on time
