I have used another immigration advisor to make my spouse’s entry clearness application from Pakistan but he didn’t even bother to check the updated rules by UKVI. To our disappointment my spouse entry clearness application was refused with right of appeal. I have contacted MLS and Ms Riaz’s advised me to use the appeal right and after a well fought battle at immigration tribunal by Ms Riaz the judge overturned the entry clearness officer’s decision.
