I am a friend and support to a family who you worked for. As you well know as we communicated on many occasions over the phone.

Shazia made an application to the Home Office on our behalf in December 2020. It has been well over a year and we have yet to receive our documents back.

Last time we spoke to her she said she's made an appeal which clearly wasn't true because we rang the First-tier Tribunal and they confirmed they have no appeal in my name/representative's name.

All attempts to contact her to send our original documents back after that have been futile hence, if anyone at the company can see this we ask that you return all our documents as soon possible to the address you have on record for us.

We may have to result to legal actions to retrieve our documents if we do not get our documents back or do not hear from you promptly.

In the past I have been very satisfied with this company but of late from March 2021 I have paid over 5 grand with no response from calls and emails also visits to the office we are very worried our money has gone and the process will take triple the time so please get in touch anyone from MLS Manchester Legal Services

Shazia Riaz and her company Manchester Legal Services have been prohibited from giving any immigration advice or services indefinitely by OISC, her regulator. She didn't return my degree certificate plus some very important documents.

I used Shazia Riaz and Farhan service for husband's spousal application from Pakistan.

I was very content and satisfied with the service. They were very helpful, cooperative, honest, transparent with everything they were doing when dealing with the application.

They were always available as and when needed. I am happy to use their services in the future and would recommend them to anyone else wanting to excellent, fast and clear immigration services.

Shazia was very clear with identifying the strength and weaknesses of the case. She did not hide anything. She told me what was required and ensured the application was up to scratch before being submitted.

I have known the best and worst of Manchester Legal Services. Shazia Riaz knows her business but you have to pay upfront. She gave me great advice and service in the past but has currently taken more than eighteen months over my work which is even now not completed. While I understand that the COVID 19 pandemic has arguably disproportionately impacted Manchester Legal Services, I found the lack of communication particularly stressful.
