We had an appointment with Lauren in the shoreham store, to look at a double pram for our growing family. Lauren was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble and she was very knowledgeable on the prams we looked at. She also had personal experience with some of them. Lauren was super friendly and helped us chose the perfect pram for us and made the whole experience great.

I had a fantastic experience at Mamas & Papas thanks to Karen and Rachel from Glasgow fort. They helped me choose all of my baby equipment and made the whole process so much easier. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and took the time to make sure I understood the different options. They were both incredibly helpful, attentive, and patient throughout. Their excellent customer service made what could have been an overwhelming experience really enjoyable. We had such a lovely experience at the Mamas & Papas Birmingham store. As first-time parents, we had lots of questions and wanted to make sure we chose the right travel system for our baby.

My husband and I attended a buying for baby appointment today with Dani and couldn’t be more over the moon. I was initially very overwhelmed with the amount of choice available and Dani was so helpful and knowledgeable, we decided on a full travel set and we are so happy with our choice. Couldn’t thank Dani enough for her help. 100% would recommend to friends and family.

Tarry did our ‘buying for baby’ appointment and was so helpful, as first time parents we have no clue about anything! She showed us everything from prams to nursery equipment and there were no questions unanswered, very worthwhile. We felt very at ease and Tarry offered us great deals without it being salesy which was fantastic, thank you!

The staff, Jill and Tina are absolutely amazing, so so helpful and friendly just what you need when you’re a first time parent or soon to be parent everything is so confusing. Their product knowledge is spot on, I would 100% recommend visiting the Swansea store!

Very disappointing experience.

We received the stroller as a gift, but unfortunately one of the wheels was defective from day one. It constantly deflects and makes the stroller difficult and unsafe to push properly.

We contacted customer support immediately, and after two months of back-and-forth emails, we still haven't received the replacement part. Even worse, they kept contacting the person who bought us the stroller instead of communicating with us directly, despite us following up multiple times.

Our son is now three months old, and we're still waiting for a simple replacement wheel. A premium product should come with premium customer service, and this experience has been the complete opposite.

The product issue itself could have been resolved quickly, but the lack of communication, constant delays, and failure to provide a clear timeline turned a small manufacturing defect into an extremely frustrating customer experience.

I cannot recommend this brand based on the after-sales support we received.

We had a fantastic Buying for Baby appointment with manager Zoe at the Mamas & Papas Swindon store and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

When we arrived, the store was incredibly busy, but every member of staff was working so hard to help everyone. They were even handing out bottles of water to customers waiting, which was such a thoughtful touch and very much appreciated as I’m pregnant.

Zoe was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. We came in with no real knowledge of prams or baby equipment and were completely starting from scratch. She listened carefully to what we needed, took the time to understand our lifestyle and what we were looking for, and guided us through all of the different options without making us feel overwhelmed.

She demonstrated how everything worked, encouraged us to fold and lift the prams ourselves to make sure they were the right fit, and answered every question we had. At no point did we feel pressured into buying anything or upsold on products we didn’t need. Instead, she gave us honest, practical advice about what was genuinely essential.

Our appointment lasted around an hour, and we never once felt rushed despite how busy the store was. Zoe was friendly, knowledgeable, patient and made what could have been a really daunting experience feel exciting and enjoyable.

Thank you, Zoe, for making our first baby shopping experience such a positive one. We left feeling so much more confident and informed. We would highly recommend booking an appointment with her!

I wanted to leave a review to say a huge thank you to Matt at the Maidstone Mamas & Papas store.

The first time I visited, I was just starting to get ideas about what we'd need for our baby. Matt was incredibly welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured into buying anything, he genuinely just wanted to help and answer any questions I had, which made the whole experience really enjoyable.

A little while later, my parents very kindly decided they wanted to buy our travel system as a gift. My mum called the store and spoke to Matt, and once again he went above and beyond. He took the time to make sure she got the best value from her purchase and helped her make the most of the offers available, which I was so grateful for.

Excellent customer service is hard to come by, but Matt really made a lasting impression. He's a real credit to Mamas & Papas, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Maidstone store because of the experience we had. Thank you, Matt!

We visited the Chelmsford concession store to get an idea of what to buy for our daughter who’s due in October. James was very attentive and patient, explaining the different features of prams and the car seats. We also got shown some example cots and a next to me crib. We left feeling well advised and optimistic. Thank you James!

Carmen helped us understand the different options and guided us towards choosing the right travel system to our needs. She was patient in answering our questions and made the process easier. We are happy with our purchase and appreciate her assistance.

I called and spoke to Holly about purchasing a pram bundle. Holly was very accommodating with a quick quote, delivery dates and provided details of offers that were available. Holly was very friendly and helpful.

As first-time parents, we didn’t really know where to start with prams, car seats, and everything else. That changed when we met Holly. She spent about an hour with us, walking through the products, showing us how everything works, and explaining the pros and cons in a really clear, easy-to-understand way.
