We attended a buying for baby appointment with Trish from the Stockton office. She was kind and informative in advising us as first time parents.

We went to the Peterborough branch last Saturday (25th July) and Becky went through all of our pram needs with expert understanding and explanation. Honestly can’t give her or the store enough praise for the fantastic service they provided

Lisa from Tamworth mamas &p papas was absolutely amazing patient and very knowledgeable on products made it a dream to choose ans purchase thing we had chosen, Lisa also helped us last year but unfortunately we lost the baby and we have returned full of upset and joybut she recognised us and gave me a hug and that was even more special, Lisa is an. Absolute credit to the company and special lady.

Had a great SA- Mo at the Mamas and Papas in White City, Westfield. Mo was really informative, and highlighted exactly what I needed as a new time mum, rather than trying to simply sell me anything. Learnt a lot from him, and appreciated his time and dedication. Made the process very easy and efficient.

My wife and I booked a one-to-one shopping experience and were delighted with the service. Kiya was knowledgeable, personable and very experienced. She made the whole experience fun and relaxing when it could have been overwhelming.

Her colleague, Ollie, who was still in training, was also very helpful and proved a deft hand at opening and closing the prams.

I would highly recommend that any soon to be parents take advantage of the one-to-one shopping experience in Southampton.

Ordered a cot and changing unit middle of June. 2 failed delivery attempts due to postcode being wrong but after 1st delivery they were unable to amend with the courier so wasted 2 days waiting in for delivery.

Then parcels arrived. Changing unit had no fixings or instructions. Chased for new fixings and was told 1-5 days. Waited 5 days to be told they had issue regarding delivery address so couldn't send (although had previously sent the order). Waited another 2 days for fixings to arrive and still no instructions.

Tried to put unit together by using larger unit instructions found online only to work out we have 1/2 of the ordered unit and 1/2 of completely different one! Back to square one trying to get a replacement! Absolute joke and no urgency!

I recently visited the Mamas & Papas store in Charlton, located inside Next, and I wanted to share the excellent service I received from Naomi.
Although I didn’t have an appointment and was simply a walk-in customer, Naomi was incredibly helpful, patient, and friendly from the moment she greeted me. She took the time to answer all of my questions about choosing a car seat for my baby, particularly as I was looking for one that would help reduce my back pain.
Naomi was very knowledgeable, honest, and informative, and I never felt rushed. She made the whole experience much easier and gave me confidence in making the right decision for my baby. I really appreciated the time and care she took to help me.
To top it all off, Naomi kindly managed to book me an appointment for Sunday, which I was very grateful for.
Thank you, Naomi, for your outstanding customer service. You are a real credit to the Mamas & Papas team!

We were served by Lindsey at the Trafford store. Nothing was too much trouble and her product knowledge mixed with the level of care she clearly has for her customers was a genuine joy. She got us a great deal too!

Lauren at the Westwood cross store in Thanet was so unbelievably helpful. Actually, the whole team were lovely. Lauren took so much time with us (I’m very indecisive) and was so knowledgeable! Super happy with my purchases and the service we received!

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service.

I contacted your team by email on 17 July regarding an issue with my order, and to this day it still has not been resolved. Today I tried calling customer service, but after waiting on hold for 20 minutes without speaking to anyone, I had to give up. I have a 10-week-old baby and simply cannot spend that amount of time waiting on the phone.

The lack of communication and support is unacceptable. It is very frustrating to have to chase a company for weeks just to get help with a problem that should have been resolved long ago.

I expected much better service from this company. Unfortunately, this experience has been extremely disappointing, and I would think twice before purchasing from you again.

We had our appointment with Romy and she was absolutely brilliant. She explained everything perfectly and could not be more helpful. She helped us feel so comfortable about facing such a big life change. We would definitely recommend her and a trip to the store to anyone.

Visited Blue water today and we were served by a lovely young lady called Tarry, she was so helpful and knowledgeable about a specific pram that we liked. Talked us through everything and helped with our decision.

We had an appointment booked with Edwina at the Giltbrook Nottingham store. Edwina was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the products on offer. She went above and beyond to ensure that we received a personal and tailored approach to finding the right things for us and our baby. We would 100% recommend her and this bookable service to any parents to be looking for a truly enjoyable and informative experience.

Claire at the Longbridge Mamas and Papas store was absolutely brilliant! She was incredibly knowledgable and personable from the start. My husband and I felt completely at ease throughout the appointment and because of Claire’s advice we now have everything we need to help us feel more prepared than ever to meet our first baby in December!

Had our buying for baby appointment in the Swindon branch today with Kelly S. She was so informative and gave us her expert knowledge on each product.

We came away, not overwhelmed but well informed. Would definitely recommend!

I visited the Sheffield branch near Meadowhall looking for advice on a pram and a cot. We were seen by the lovely Selena and she honestly could not have been more helpful!! She was very patient and helped with demonstrating how the pram collapsed and using the car seat with it. She was also so lovely at talking me through the next to me cribs and what how compatible different mattresses were with the crib I looked at. I really couldn’t have asked for a better person to help me with this. So much so an order was placed there and then! Thank you so much Selena.

Rachel from the Milton Keynes branch was a massive help for us today. We arrived to purchase a car seat and she was very helpful in making sure we were buying the right one for us, including offering advice for when the baby is older. She really looked out for us today, including arranging our delivery and we would totally recommend a visit to see her in store if you have any questions!

Rach at the Gateshead store was amazing. Really good advice for a car seat for our first grandchild. He knowledge of the car seats made our decision easy and saved us money. Thank you Rach.
