Just received my order and in fact it is not what I ordered and is a poster for George's 90th Birthday, I ordered as Welcome wedding sign. So if you ordered for George and your party is soon I suspect you will not get your order. Disappointed that you cannot call to speak to anyone, so now waiting for a reply to my email. Not a great first experience using this company.

I ordered a personalised guest book for my weeding. No only was the site easy to use but it came well packaged and protected. the book was lovely and of good quality. I would use the service again.

Our wedding signs arrived last week and we absolutely love THEM!! I found their customer service EXCELLENT. A quick, friendly and very helpful reply to my queries. Signs arrived quickly and packaged well and look stunning. Helped add to the excitement of our big day seeing them. Thank you!

My wedding signage just arrived and we absolutely love them. We were a little worried they wouldn’t arrive in time for the big day, and so we messaged the company yesterday for a quick update. The signs were sent out yesterday and arrived today - can’t thank them enough for making this final step so much less stressful.

I have ordered 2 wedding signs and a ring box from Mallys crafts!! So pleased with them all and will definitely be ordering more from them before the wedding and in the future! I accidentally ordered multiple of one of the signs and they sorted it straight away for me and refunded me for the accidental order & the communication skills were great too!! Highly recommend!!

I ordered two large wedding signs and a confetti sign for our wedding with only 3 weeks to go - the delivery was fast and I was really pleased with the product! They’re great value for money which is always a good thing with weddings!
Mally was really helpful too providing some information for my photographer.

I recently ordered a Birthday board for my Granddaughters 21st Birthday i was delighted with it when it arrived. it is beautiful will definitely purchase again for other special Birthdays would definitely recommend its my Granddaughters birthday today and she loves it thankyou so much

If I could rate more I would! Ordered a welcome sign, gift bags and table plan for our wedding. The service was fantastic! Due to the pandemic I was constantly changing the table plan even two days before the wedding and nothing was too much trouble. Quality of the products was amazing and they were lots of comments about how beautiful they were. Would highly recommend and definitely use again. Mally's Crafts created our favourite welcome sign for our micro wedding last week, and it was just incredible. It told our love story so well and all of the guests loved it - they designed our ring box in rose gold, so together, both items fit our theme perfectly. Would recommend 100x over!
