I placed order they sent them out and i…

I placed order they sent them out and i was in work i emailed asking can they change day to saturday when im off to be told yes if i pay for it .
I have already paid delivery so why do i want to pay for sat.
This company is only works mon to friday so you would think they would understand but they dont card.
I asked for refund to be told shipping charge will be deducted and refund within 1p days.
They clearly dont valhe customers.
I will never buy off these again only interested in getting your money not the customer care
