Regular user of MaleSkin shampoo and conditioner as well as hair pomade. Whilst I like the products, they are on the expensive side but packaging is a bit cheap.

Easy to navigate website and prices are very competitive, in fact the product I ordered was cheapest on MaleSkin. Order arrived in good time. Would definitely recommend and use MaleSkin again. Thank you

I bought a Neals Yard cleanser which was such a good price, cheaper than anywhere else online. It took a bit of time to be sent out so I got worried but when I emailed they replied back straight away and were so lovely. Was really happy with the cleanser and the communication so will definitely be buying from them again. Thank you so much 😊

Please do not use this company. Nothing is in stock and they offer alternative but you still receive NOTHING even after many requests!!!!!! If this review is not posted they have taken it down.

Maleskin is theiving disgrace of a company. MSS89071 my or placed October 20th for £34.75 which they took payment for and never sent the goods. Didn't reply to 3 emails requesting the product or a refund. Do not use this company they will steal your money and ghost you they should be shut down.

Ordered a product which did not arrive, no dispatch info etc. Contacted Maleskin, I did get a response from Hollie to say there was a problem with stock but it should come within a couple of days. However no correspondence happened so I then asked for a refund. I did get a reply to say they will issue a refund but I’m still waiting for this and no further correspondence. I will update my review upon communication and refund from Maleskin. Not a happy customer. I would not recommend… Will keep you posted and hopefully this gets resolved.

Edited… I did receive a full refund after a few emails back and forth between Hollie & Polly. There were a few excuses but to give the company their due they stuck to their word and gave me a full refund. Took about 24 hours for a response which was great and all of the emails were very apologetic and polite. However, I will never order from this website in the future, it has taken too much of my time and the other bad reviews don’t sit well with me. Hope this helps some shoppers.

I’ve ordered three products, over three different periods, and never received anything. It’s always “not in stock, but what about this…?” Getting a refund is unbelievably frustrating, constantly chasing them. After three tries, this is no longer a coincidence or pattern, they’re a scam.

Awful, poor communication and non-delivery. They only responded when i notified my bank requesting a chargeback. Then they PARTIALLY fulfilled the order and are yet to get back to me about this or offer a refund. Avoid this irresponsible company. They shouldn't be allowed to continue operating as, I can see from other reviews, people have experienced similar issues - non communication, failure to deliver on time, blaming stockists, then only partial fulfillment of order despite talking full payment for items. I'm still awaiting a refund and will have to push for this via my bank. Avoid the stress, inconvenience and loss of ££ - do not order from Maleskin.

Do not ever use this site, I’ve purchased a number of items from them and it’s always been hit and miss I terms of when I receive my purchases. The last purchase I made however has been over a week without any update nor responding to any of my emails. I am now having to raise refund request through my bank.

Avoid - I have reason to believe this site is selling counterfeit goods. I bought 4 cans of Elemis Ice Cool Shave which Maleskin had emailed me to say was being discontinued. Products arrived without boxes, the shave gel is wrong consistency and smell. I checked the Elemis website and the product is still freely available. Approached Maleskin Customer service for resolution and they blocked my second email.

I ordered two products in summer. One of them arrived but the other didn't, which I chased up in June. Someone named Hollie gave me a tracking number, which I entered into the the Royal Mail website, but it said “no options are currently available for this parcel”, so I couldn't rearrange the delivery. Despite this, Hollie responded telling me to collect it, or that she had to wait until it was returned to their warehouse/office.

Since then (August), my emails have been bounced back from their 2 email addresses, including the one they currently have listed on their website. I'm assuming they've blocked me seeing as they don't seem to operate from any other email addresses. I also can't submit the online website form without an error, or even view my original order.

This means I’ve paid over £40 for an unfulfilled item and it has now been several months without resolution. This is a significant amount of money to be missing. It's now November and I still haven't been refunded. I asked for this in June.

It's the seller’s responsibility to ensure an item reaches the buyer safely, not the buyer’s. This could have been dealt with back in June and I'm still here 5 months later, having to write a review in order to try and get a refund for this unfulfilled order.

A truly terrible experience: I'm owed £40 and never received any product.

Very user friendly website making ordering procedure easy. Item delivered promptly, very well packaged. Item exactly as described on website. Excellent service all round.

I’ve been using Maleskin for a while now. I use Medik8 & Maleskin are generally the cheapest, often sending extra offers for your loyalty.
As others have said, communication could be better, not all items are stocked & delivery times can sometimes be lengthy, hence the 4 stars.
