happy with my purchases but less happy with the tracking facility. I received an email to say that the parcel had been sent but five days later the tracking mechanism still showed that the parcel hadn't been received at the first stop on it's jourrney. This is very annoying.

I let them know that my order hadn't arrived and they replaced it immediately.
Not yet used the items but they look good.

I placed an order with Make Up Offers UK, over two weeks later my products have never arrived. I’ve emailed them twice with absolutely no response.
I’m really disappointed with the service received as I have used them several times before.

Website is good, but my order was cancelled as product out of stock, so can't really comment further

Still awaiting my order from over ten days ago never received and didn’t even have common courtesy to reply to my e mail as the holiday items I needed are now of no use as I go away today . Never again will I order from this company and I will advise all my friends not to either.

Nice range of colours and easy to apply but quite watery and not much of a shine as you get with other nail varnishes. If you like a more matte look, (like a Smarty sweet) then you'll like this.

Haven't received the items yet. Having spoken to the company I was informed the items were sent and a day later received a dispatched email, on a Friday night. It's now the following Monday and the tracking still says Royal Mail are awaiting the package from the sender.

I don't mind the length of time, I just don't like being lied to. But, mistakes do happen, people do sometimes get things wrong. if the products are good I will give them one more chance.

16/6/18 Update - the balance of the order received this morning. An e mail also received explaining that only allowed to post two aerosols in one parcel - hence two parcels. Glad completed but suggested their paperwork should have shown two parcels. So will change rating from 1 to 3star.

If I could I would give 0. I did not receive the product I ordered! They are fraud, Stay Away!

Makeup Offers are amazing! I've ordered a lip brush. Accidentally, they sent me a different brush of the same brand. It only took one call and they send me the right one very quickly. The lady on the phone was very kind and helpful! I'm very surprised by the quality of the customer service! Thank you!
