Avoid at all costs!

Avoid at all costs!

They take your money but don't return it. Withdrawal not being processed and customer support provide no help with this. It has been weeks since I withdrew my money and they are still not returning. Avoid!

I have won over DKK 100,000 and have been lucky enough that magicred has paid out my money but now my bank has withheld my money and would like to have documents on my deposit and withdrawal and my winings and where my full name should be on that document when I write with magicred in their live chat they said I should contact dpo@aspireglobal and they will be able to send that document but I wrote to them over 1 week ago and still have not received anything my user name on magicred is asem951

4 stars, deposited 50 played crazy time got to 3k then bet big won 14k withdrawn 16k on Tuesday 2nd of October 2024 still nothing yet after confirming my details, but great site.
For those saying it kicked you out and access denied. You have to log in using your user name not your email. I thought they kicked me out too.

Verification of old bank card issue

I'm a UK player. Joined in Apr 2024 with ID verification and very happy playing roulette and getting fast withdrawals!
However, discovered that they are charging 2.5% for debitcard deposits and £1 on withdrawals yet they use the same live roulette providers (Playtech and Evolution) as many other online casinos. So go with another casino instead who don't charge.
In Sep, Magic Red requested verification proof of address and photos of my bank debitcard. This is where issues started. In Sep I received a new debitcard from my bank as my existing one due to expire at end of Sep, and once received started using that new card and destroyed my previous card. Magic Red kept on hounding me for copies of this old debitcard despite me explaining it had been destroyed. They then wanted me to get a letter from my bank saying that my old card was no longer in use. This went on and on so eventually I closed my account due to this and the charging of deposits/withdrawals.

Everyone should always read the comments left on here for any casino, especially this one it says on the website withdrawal time is a couple of days, now what they forget to mention is that is absolute NONSENSE! because when you've been sat waiting patiently for the money to be paid into our bank account, it's not going to happen EVER!! because when you message them on the live chat they say that it actually takes
7 - 21 days because they don't trust us and think we have used programs to win the money fraudulently and trying to rob them, and then after you have waited the full 21 days and message live chat to see why they still haven't paid the money to us, after waiting the 21 days to be told that it doesn't include weekends 🤦, so you wait another 6 days that have to be weekdays and not weekends, and still nothing after that, nearly 17 weeks i waited for them to pay me the money and in the end it was transferred back into my account on their website and the method of withdrawal i used at the moment I wanted to withdraw the money had been removed and I had to handover my all of my bank details for them to pay it into my account, and after they showed me just how trustworthy they are at paying us I just left it and never been back to the scamming site since, trust all of the people who have left negative reviews because those who are saying it's the best thing since sliced bread are a couple of slices short of a loaf and obviously work for the scammers,

Disgusting casino

Disgusting casino. Deposited money and it closed my account after 5 minutes of playing!!!! When logging back in stated access denied. Absolute scammers and you can’t speak to live chat unless your logged in which I can’t do because you have blocked my account!!!!!!

Disappointed when debit card fees applied

Platform was good the first 3-4 times I played slots on Magic Red. I logged in 11.9.24 and found I could no longer do bank transfers and to use my debit card they wanted to charge 2.5% fee which is unbelievable. Not sure I’ll bother using Magic Red again

UK player review - don’t believe the negative

Uk player here. I first used magic red about 6 months ago with a bonus offer deposit and get xx spins etc. played that nothing to some of it so I didn’t return. It was my birthday yesterday and I got an email offering 20 x 25p spins well I thought why not. Got my balance up to £20 and thought I’d try to cash out £10 to see what the times are like - submitted the request then checked here and saw all the bad reviews about 6 week times and documents (however in the uk you have to submit docs to deposit and play so they had all that). I even messaged them and was told processing can take 2 days before they even send it, and people were saying they take 2.5% etc so imagine my surprise when £10 popped in my account today. Full £10 no 2.5% deducted, no arguments no uploading anything. Also no having to wager x amount of the free spins they gave me - so I actually can’t complain and after my doubts felt I had to come and comment here - 4 stars because it took 24 hours and places like partypoker only take 1 hour and PokerStars and GG are like instant withdrawal now. So quicker would get 5 stars!

Don’t believe the reviews if you are a UK player the gaming regs are a LOT stricter here.

Scammers

Do not deposit your money here, you will never be able to withdraw a penny of it.

I have played at many OLG online licensed casinos and this is the worst ..... by far. I have never had issues making withdrawals from any of the other OLG licensed operators. I submitted a withdrawal request to MagicRed Casino a month ago, submitted the additional required documentation, and literally never received any updates even though I emailed them countless times and tried to get support on their online chat. After a month I got bored and cancelled my withdrawal request and lost it all which is probably what they were hoping that I would end up doing. I am not sure how these people are able to maintain an OLG license because this is the only online licensed operator who have not approved withdrawal requests even after submitting required documentation. I will be submitting a complaint to the gaming commission.

I played on magic red and set a deposit…

I played on magic red and set a deposit limit of £1000 monthly. I won some money from the casino. The next day I decided to have another go and surpassed my limit by £1700. I got in touch with the casino and they had told me that I was correct in saying my £1000 limit was in place but because you had a withdrawal of 3.5k you have no grounds of a refund. I told them it’s irrelevant of what I have won. The limit was set in place to protect me from depositing more than I can afford. They cut me off there live chat. Won’t respond to emails. I phoned and said that’s the final answer. So beware of this site. If you win anything don’t go back. They dont stick to there policy C.A.R.E as they call it.( customers are really everything)believe me this casino doesn’t want to hear about your limits they just want to take everything from you and even if it means they break there own regulations

hello i joined on may 9th and have been trying to cashout ever since i have had 6 failed interac e-transfers and 6 failed wire transfers 48 days now still have not recived the cashout the casino even sent me proof that my last cashout june 14th was a wire transfer but all the senders information (bank name ) was left blank and when i asked the casino for the banks name used to send the wire transfer they told me it was not sent wire transfer it was sent interac e-transfer igaming ontario even contacted the casino and the casino told them it was sent on the 14th of june with interac e-transfer and to wait 15 days lol interac e-transfers are instant i honestly dont think this casino has paid anyone since they opened for ontario ...update june 26th so ive been constantly demanding the banks name that was used for the wire transfer that they claim was already paid and deposited in my bank account when they emailed me today saying sorry the processor reversed the wire transfer ..the casino is willing to send fake wire transfer receipts to people thinking people are too dumb to demand more information

I signed up for magicred shortly after…

I signed up for magicred shortly after they appeared on IGaming Ontario.

I made a withdrawal on June 2nd that is still pending and today is June 24th.

I've contacted live support on numerous occasions and only when I threatened to go to the Igaming board, did I receive an apology via email but with no update on my withdrawal.

This tactic feels similar to EU casinos from the past where they want you to reverse your winnings. I'm not saying that's the case, however, other sites process my withdrawal within minutes so don't waste your time.

Edit: It's now July 11th with my withdrawal still pending. I've yet to receive an update unless I reach out asking, and I keep being told that they appreciate my patience and they'll let me know when an update is available.

I've resorted to filing an official dispute to Igaming Ontario.

Honestly the one of the worst online…

Honestly the one of the worst online casinos out there, if you value your money then go elsewhere, I cannot stress this enough, if you play on this site then are a fool with too much money to burn. It is horrific in its payouts, it is not random but they will reply with the normal Bul**hit saying its random blah blah, its not! it is in their favour all the time, hundreds through with literally nothing in return, play here your a fool that is parted with their money

EDIT : After the reply I thought ok so maybe just had a bad day and not to judge too soon, well decided to play again, ran over £1000 through play just 4 GAMES and got 1 bonus and NO return, if this is not proof of how scammy this site is nothing is. Absolute scandalous company

Absolute scandalous company. Fortunately for me I have a well paid job and play for fun but this weekend alone I’ve put in £200 and playing 50p spins so that’s a lot of spins. Not 1 bonus. I had a few £5 wins buts that after you’ve put in £30. It’s all a massive lie. This is like the 10th review I put on but they keep taking it down because they want access to my account and not allowing it so I will be putting this post up everytime they take it down. Clearly the reviews below that are really good are either people who work for them or paid to do so. Company needs shutting down. Your better off going to a cash point and draw the money out and Chuck it in the air
